If you like coffee, this is the way to go.
It's really good coffee, and the owner is an authentic person very customer service oriented.
One very rude owner. Kind of Bias just to be general. Im not sold on the idea of authenticity.

This coffee is bad. It simply exists to fool tourists into buying something with the Steamboat name on it. Try Seedhouse roasters; it’s far better.
The best place to buy coffee!
I purchased coffee to bring home this is the worst coffee. There is absolutely no flavor to it. No matter which blend and how strong I’m making it. It is still watered down. Don’t waste your money

I recently ordered and received a case of coffee. I am a big coffee lover and also have a staff that drinks 4-6 cups a day so I bought in bulk! I received a assortment of medium and dark roasts. The artwork on the bags made me and my company smile because the graphics are really cool. Especially for me as I am a past resident of Steamboat and I associated with all the slogans etc. The more important thing is the coffee. I am halfway through my supply and I really love all of it. Smooth not bitter and the coffee just smells great from opening the bag and the cup of coffee.
Fantastic coffee and friendly staff! Visited over the summer and stopped by for a cup of coffee. I was told by the owner, incredibly friendly guy, that they sell wholesale. He still made me and my companions coffee for the trouble of stopping by. Coffee was delicious, and I’d recommend this to all my friends.

The coffee smells incredible.
Went in to get some coffee grounds and the guy literally sneezed in my face. I always have bad service there. Also, the new owner Eric has horrible customer service. Do not reccomend.
New owner is very rude and unprofessional. I don't see this place making it much longer :( used to absolutely love it! Seems like he got rid of all of his help that actaully knew what they were doing and is now just winging it. The coffee tastes burnt now. I hope it gets better.
The new owner is pretty worthless and knows nothing about coffee.
