Let’s make this clear.. this is not a fast food restaurant no matter how much the food may look like it. You will spend a long time waiting for your food. When you finally get your food, you will be missing an item or it will be made incorrectly. I like Taco Bell and wish it could get better but I don’t see it happening. The employees working are either the nicest people ever or completely drugged out of their minds. Eat here at your own risk.

Went through drive thru and ate in vehicle in between appointments for my neighbor who is in a wheelchair.It was good although she didn't get wjat she thought she was getting but she said it was good.

Last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had my order messed up if you enjoy not getting the food you asked for (literally will forget to give you things.) then be my guest, horrible wait times and not so great customer service. I won’t be back Please get on top of this.

Bunch of lazy workers. Asked for spicy chicken wraps the last three times I was there and was given regular ones. Imagine getting paid $18+ and you’re too lazy/stoned to put spicy sauce in a wrap.

Absolutely terrible service at this location the staff is more concerned about feeding each other than their customers. I ordered my food and they completely forgot about it had to yell to see if anyone was working to check on my order. Also I saw an employee drop a container lid on the floor and I physically saw that he did not return the lid to the kitchen. This place is disgusting. And they still got my order wrong. This place needs new management and staff asap

It's so disappointing to be a full time Steamboat resident and have the worst Taco Bell that we've ever been in the US. First of all they are so stingy with their cheese on tacos that even when I pay for extra cheese, it's still a pathetically small amount of cheese!! Then you almost have beg for enough hot sauces and often they still don't give you enough. It seems like it's an inconvenience to have the Taco Bell since they really only seem to care about Kentucky Fried Chicken as evidenced by them only advertising just KFC stuff. The owner is missing such a huge opportunity by leading their employees into not caring about the Taco Bell brand reputation and customers which is probably a bigger percentage of their revenue than KFC. Cheap, cheap, cheap... Such a shame for them to be their own worst enemy.....

Spent 30 minutes here trying to get our order correct. There is no order online option, which is ridiculous because even Taco Bell’s in tiny towns have them. They couldn’t edit my order to have black beans instead of pinto and served us beef when all our orders were vegan. Charged us .30 cents for lettuce.
