I went with Taco Cabo for catering dinner for a large event, and have only good things to say about the experience. Staff were patient, helpful, flexible, communicative, and all around excellent from first contact to last. The food was amazing! And affordable. I would happily work with Taco Cabo again for any event in the future.

Food was just okay. Sitting on the river was nice though but probably a one-time visit.

I bought the carne asada burrito, lady suggested it would be good, and flavor wise, it was. Problem is, for a burrito thats at least 10 inches long, it had very little meat. Take a look at the picture. I ate a few bites before i took the picture, but there was very little meat, so thats why the review.

These tacos are very good. Great flavor profiles. Great combinations. They don't overwhem with a single ingredient. They know how to balance the ingredients so you can taste the whole picture.

Kid-friendliness: Most kids will eat something off of this menu.

Great atmosphere and delicious food/ drinks. We greatly enjoyed the pescado bowl and veggie torta. Salsas are excellent too, as is the house marg. 5 for service as well because, even though it's counter service, the folks could not have been kinder and more efficient.

Everything about this place feels uniquely special, and left us feeling special too. From the incredibly sweet and friendly hostess, to the food to the incredible view of the Yampa River and the centuries old willow shading everything, it was an excellent experience. You won’t regret dining here. We had the camarones bowl, birria torta, and esquites. Everything came out in less than 10 mins! Amazing. Absolutely will recommend to anyone stopping into Steamboat :)

Owner is a jerk....they don't like dogs. FYI.....most of your customers have dogs. You need to rethink welcoming dogs on your patio

Nice little taco joint next to the river, with a sand pit under an enormous tree for you to get the feel of chilling on a river sand bar. Delicious.
