I went with Taco Cabo for catering dinner for a large event, and have only good things to say about the experience. Staff were patient, helpful, flexible, communicative, and all around excellent from first contact to last. The food was amazing! And affordable. I would happily work with Taco Cabo again for any event in the future.
I bought the carne asada burrito, lady suggested it would be good, and flavor wise, it was. Problem is, for a burrito thats at least 10 inches long, it had very little meat. Take a look at the picture. I ate a few bites before i took the picture, but there was very little meat, so thats why the review.
These tacos are very good. Great flavor profiles. Great combinations. They don't overwhem with a single ingredient. They know how to balance the ingredients so you can taste the whole picture.
