First time having omakase at Tahk and it was sublime. The trout and the kingfish were mouth watering. The pickled ginger is also a must try - take it home and top your bagel with cream cheese :)
Phenomenal! Easily a 5-star experience. The salmon belly nigiri and hamachi nigiri were some of the best I've ever had — incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. It's a shame we live three hours away, but this spot is absolutely worth the drive. We'll definitely be back
We come here regularly and alway have good service and great food. This time we had a new sever. She was such a joy to work with! She was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I wish I would have gotten her name.
