We are long time locals in for the first time. The food was great and a fair price for our resort town. Tiffany was fantastic as a server. Didn't have to ask for a thing and wasn't over attentive either. The music was a draw! Katie and Ben were fantastic. Not too loud or obtrusive. Great sound, great songs. For a summer evening, it wasn't crowded. We enjoyed our evening and have plans to do this again!
Great folks around the bar post ski

We had a great time ! The pot pie for two was delicious ! The Apres Ski music a little loud
This is said to be one of the best places to grab a beer and a bite to eat. Huge patio area overlooking the square. Live music. If you want to order dine in food there is a section of patio or you can sit inside. The rest is free for all seating. There’s two lines at the bar. One for food and one for drink. The ranch water was delicious. Sat out and watched the skiers on our first day before checkin. This place is expensive so be prepared to pay top dollar for drinks.

Would not recommend. Went for dinner, lights too bright, no music playing. Entertainment was watching a band that played earlier break down their set. Chicken pot pie was gravy topped with pastry, no chicken and very little vegetables. Staff good, but everything else missed the mark.

Stayed at the Sheraton above this restaurant and wanted to have a nice dinner out with the family.
The restaurant was less than 50% full at 7pm on a Tuesday night. They wanted us to wait 15minutes for those who had reservations to give them a chance to come in first. No one was behind us but the family of 4 in front of us with no reservations got seated no problem.
Can’t rate the food as we didn’t stick around to try it. We ended up going elsewhere to eat.

Located in the Sheraton Building, very close to the gondolas, excellent food and drinks on the menu and something important is that they have the closest toilets for the public in the same building.

Shout out to timber and charge for being closed for a private event on a very busy Saturday apres ski.

Lovely apres menu. The outside tables with the fire pits are the best place to be. The staff were very accommodating to our service dog.

I should have realized something was wrong when I was able to easily get a reservation for 6 people at 6:30 pm during one of the busiest times of the year. Although the service was very good, the noise level was excessive, with the music too loud and way too many screaming children. I will say, the drinks menu was interesting and the cocktails were quite good, but the food was dreadful. The Caesar salad was too garlicky, the tomato soup was lumpy and would have made a better marinara sauce. The salmon was okay, but nothing special, the hamburger's bun was stale and dry, and the pork was tough and inedible. Stick to apres ski cocktails here!

We had needed a last minute schedule change and they were super accommodating! The food was amazing, while we were there live music was performing so noise level fluctuated. However, their menu is small so I would check that it suits you!
I would not recommend for dinner, maybe ok for a bite while skiing. The place is large, bright and noisy. For dinner, it would be more pleasant if they dimmed the lights and had some soft music. They did eventually turn on some music. We ordered the chicken pot pie for 2. While the flavor was ok, it was really just gravy topped with a pastry, no chicken and very few veggies. The waiter brought us a 2nd one to try, and it had a couple pcs of meat but still mostly just gravy. If you're looking for a decent dinner, there are much better options nearby.
We've been to Timber and Torch many times on our annual ski trips. It's a convenient option for dinner for those staying in the base area. Food is pretty good and we've never had a problem with service. Salads, salmon, burgers, fish and chips have all been on par with what we expect from a bar/grill type restaurant.
Ian was our server and he was great. He made sure our food came out just as ordered with extra ice cream on our dessert as our kids asked for.
Ian was fantastic and attentive. The soup was perfect after a day in the snow. Music was amazing
