I’ve never been so offended at the price list before as I was at the Truffled Pig. $27 for a Manhattan is representative of all the other drinks on their drink menu. It was absolutely the most overpriced, overrated establishment I have ever been in, in my entire lifetime. To label it as pretentious would be a compliment. But it wasn’t. It was just simply offensively overpriced in every sense of the description. I would have been a fool and had to have had my head examined if I were to spend one of my hard earned dollars there. There is no redemption for this place, no minor changes to be made. Simply shutting it down to be the best possible solution for all patrons in the Steamboat Springs area.

Great food & service even in the off-season! We ate on the patio facing the slopes. Thank you to our waiter Sam!
I am blown away by this gem. My parents are locals and have raved about it forever and the food, service and atmosphere did not disappoint. They have an excellent kid’s menu and the outdoor patio is perfection.

I’m not sure why I haven’t been here before having being local to Steamboat but boy have I been missing out.
Food is INCREDIBLE as is the service!
We went for my boyfriend’s bday and we ordered the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer.
The cocktail sauce was delicious! I had the filet with chimichurri and it was unreal and by far the best filet in the boat.
My boyfriend had the pork chop and loved it. We also got the wedge as a side and ordered our 20 month old the kids steak (he devoured it).
I can’t say enough good things about this place and will absolutely be back!

We were in Steamboat Springs for a wedding. I initially booked for 4 people but they easily allowed us to add 2 others to our reservation. We were able to be seated on the patio and at a round table which allowed us to easily talk to everyone at the table. We started with the delicious truffle fries and fried artichokes. A couple of us had the caesar and spinach salads with an added protein. Fresh and delicious. My husband and brother-in-law tried the Sautéed Tiger Prawn Bucatini and loved it. My other brother-in-law went all out for the 10-oz Prime Coulotte Steak which he said was cooked perfectly. Wonderful menu and atmosphere. A true highlight was our server. I wish I could remember her name, she was a gem. Sweet, personable and provided the perfect amount of attention to us. I would recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back when in the area again.
We had a party of 3 couples and the waitress said there would be no problem in getting separate checks. At the end she came out and said even though she could do separate checks, she gave us one check and said it would be easier and better for all. What we didn't know is that she charged us 30% tip. As a party of six we knew that we would be charged a tip but 30% seems excessive. Also the the Prime steak coulotte was flavorful but impressively tough. The rest of our meals were great.

Had a lovely meal on the truffle pig patio Thursday night. The food and drinks were great (we had blantons OF and a lavender flip) and it was so relaxing and nice. We went for drinks and ended up ordering food. Server was friendly and attentive and brought our granddaughter’s food out right away. (Veronica was our server).

Truffle Pig continues to provide great service and food. We joined the restaurant to celebrate our daughters 14th birthday. She has had 8 out her 14 birthdays here and we love it.
The server wouldn't take my to go order, and it was still before 9 so the laziness isn't appreciated

Visiting from out of town and had a list of where we wanted to try. To be honest, Truffle Pig wasn’t on the list. We stumbled into it while waiting for the sunset happy hour and had a few drinks. It was fantastic (get the strawberry margarita with tajin) -and we came back for dinner. I’m so glad we didn’t miss it, it ended up being one of our favorite meals we had the entire trip. The burger with bacon jam was amazing, as well as the bolognese. To top it off, Clint was the friendliest bartender and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We will definitely be back next year.

Happy hour/specials have too many exceptions, confusing and not that special.
$35 burger undercooked and sent back where they didn't redo, just tossed it under broiler to kill all. No cheese or mushrooms left.
