Truffle Pig

Got the bacon wrapped dates, scallop entree, and bolognese entree. Also got a virgin mojito and some sort of virgin blackberry cocktail. Dates had mushy chorizo inside, the texture was very unenjoyable. Scallops were a nice size and meaty, first bite I had a huge chunk of something coarse. The flavors didn't meld well together. Bolognese with wagyu was simple tasting, just a pasta with regular ground beef. Mocktails were bitter. They gave me a tiny straw and the blackberry wasn't muddled enough, so I could barely drink it without sucking up a string of seeds. I researched this well before we came and was super disappointed. For paying this much, I expected a much more refined experience.

What a great experience! Amazing food, great ambiance, amazing service. Will defenitely be back on my next trip to Steamboat!

Food is “ok” a good convenient mountainside location, ambiance is nice, service was good. For a place named Truffle Pig I expected really good truffle something but honestly the Four Points lodge on the mountain has way better truffle fries! 🍟

Server was quite knowledgeable, the food was delicious as always, and our group had a great time.

Must go to restaurant in Steamboat, maybe the best on-mountain dining in CO. Staff is amazing, energetic and friendly. Food. Let's go. Salmon cooked to order and delicious. Elk cooked perfectly and delicious. Must try the bison carpaccio for appetizer. Stumbled into this place after arriving at Steamboat as it is right next to ski rentals. Went back again on our weekend trip. It's that good!

We loved our evening at Truffle Pig! The food was delicious, service great, and ambience relaxed and fun. I highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant . Both meals were outstanding, but the Coulette Steak was next level. Ending with the Key Like Tart concluded a perfect meal. A special shout out to our server Brooke who not only provided exceptional service but gave us great suggestions based on our tastes.

We started out with the bacon wrapped dates which were amazing. Next the short ribs were the most tender delicious I have ever had. Drinks were perfect as we chose to dine outside by the fire. Beautiful atmosphere will definitely be back.

Can never go wrong eating at Truffle Pig. Overlooking the base of the mountain having a great meal with great service. The food was outstanding, and the smoked old fashion was my favorite blend of Knob Creek Rye and black walnut bitters. Thank you to Jess our server, who was in the moment when you needed her and let us savior the sunset. You gotta get the cornbread!!

Definitely not your typical slope side restaurant! Service was excellent (Veronica), food legit Michelin star quality imho

VERY overpriced for mediocre food. Service is slow. Cocktails were a glass of crushed ice with a ridiculously small amount of beverage. Plenty of other decent restaurants in Steamboat...I highly recommend giving this one a pass.

Buffalo carpaccio: A+. Heirloom tomato and burrata salad: A+. Pork chop: D(-). Excessive strong barbecue sauce, heavily smoked and very unpleasant. Good maybe for a barbecue with low quality or old meat. Really destroyed the entire dinner. Keep the sauce on the side! The view is ok-ish if you really want to see the good parts. On the other hand the service was very good, pleasant and professional waitress.

Excellent mountain from their patio. The food was fun and imaginative. Service was awesome - really nice group of people. We enjoyed our evening at Truffle Pig.
