The food wasn't great, but at least it was expensive. The halibut was over cooked and didn't have much flavor. They brought the food out all at once, instead of salad first and then the entree. Indoors was very loud. Nice looking, airy and well decorated, but food and service wasn't great.

This restaurant's outdoor area is beautiful! The service was great! Get the butternut squash app - I'm still thinking about it days later! The short rib was kind of tough but still good. Presentation was gorgeous.

The kitchen could not get the orders out for the over booking of clients. Poor management. We had a reservation for Father's Day and everyone got their food and we're done eating at different times because the food came out sporadically. The waiter sadly apologized for every step of the meal. The manager was clueless running around like a chicken with no idea of operating a restaurant.
Chef came out and picked fresh herbs for the dishes. The food was fresh and delicious with quality ingredients. We had the focaccia bread, Brussel sprouts, butternut squash, hush puppies and chicken tenders. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend.

This could be the best restaurant in Steamboat but unfortunately they are missing the mark. Poor attention to detail in the kitchen is one of my observations. Sending out a salad with random pieces of bad lettuce. A chicken sandwich with whole stems of cilantro (not just the leaves). I think they are trying to hard to be fancy. Unfortunately their prices and portions don't match the precision and attention to detail they should. They should tone it down, larger portions, more relaxed menu items, lower cost OR keep it high end and execute flawlessly.

We went to Yampa Valley Kitchen for an early dinner. We liked the inviting decor and ambiance. The menu is inviting. We had the salmon and the truffled burger. Both were presented very beautifully. We can't wait to back and explore more dishes.

A culinary experience! We had the mushroom soup Beet salad and Short Ribs.. all were five star 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩We will definitely be back! Highly recommended
