Blue Collar Steakhouse

AMAZING food. My boyfriend went to school in Sterling and does summer baseball there as well so when I'd visit him we would always try and find the best place to eat! This. is. it. I had the salmon with onion rings. The salmon was very good, seasoned well and the salsa that goes with was s nice contrast. The only disappointment was the onion rings store bought generic rings.

Personally I thought it was quiet strange how the whole process of the restaurant worked you have to order first and then sit. We are from Fort Collins so we weren't very familiar with the process. The three girls working were all very nice they greeted us when we came in and took very good care of us.
