“I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how amazing this Starbucks is. From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel like family. They know your name, they’re always friendly and welcoming, and somehow they even remember your usual coffee order. ❤
What really stands out to me is how much they genuinely care about their customers. If I decide to try something new and don’t like it, they are always happy to offer to make my usual drink instead. If I have a special request with my food—like wanting my bacon extra crispy—they never make me feel like I’m being difficult. They’re always happy to accommodate me.
There have even been times when I’ve gone through the drive-thru and simply asked for a cup of ice water without ordering anything, and they were more than happy to give it to me at no charge. Another time, I accidentally spilled my entire order all over the floor. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or bad about it, the staff immediately came over, helped me clean everything up, and made me another drink without charging me. That kindness meant more to me than they probably realize.
The store is always clean, my coffee is always made quickly and is always hot, and every single person on the staff is wonderful. They brighten my day more than they know.
I actually look forward to starting my mornings here because Starbucks has become part of my routine. I can sit down, enjoy my coffee, and peacefully get some work done before heading out to see my patients. It’s such a positive way to start my day.
I’m so thankful this Starbucks is here and for the incredible people who work there. You can tell when people genuinely care about what they do and the customers they serve, and this team absolutely does. They don’t just serve coffee—they make people feel welcome, remembered, and appreciated.
