Cecilia's is delicious, they make their breakfast burritos with shredded hash browns and have a delicious sauce to go with them. Their buffet is minimal but just the right stuff, go ahead and make your way over there! You will not be disappointed!!
Three stars because the waitress worked hard and was nice. Coffee was thin and so were the huevos rancheros. I see reviews where this place was busy...not today. 10am on a Saturday morning and I'm the only table. CU game is on so maybe everyone is watching the game? Edit: that's not the case. A lovely little diner in Sterling. Good, basic diner food in a very clean little restaurant. Open breakfast and lunch only. The best part of this place is the story of the owners. They have been in this location for 14 years. Carlos and Cecilia put 3 kids through college! Good food cooked and served by good people. Who wants more than that?
