Ordered Fish & Chips which was disappointing. All the food was rather bland. Fish had very little flavor not even salt. The Cod didn’t have the nice, fluffy, crispy batter coating that I sort of expected and probably needed more baking powder. Plus I thought it would be served with the small packs of Malt Vinegar which is common with most Fish & Chip meals. Even the Tartar sauce was disappointing. Again, not much flavor but the larger chunks of pickles made it difficult to scoop up with a piece of fish. The Coleslaw too was on the bland side and it was warm with large chunks of cabbage in it. I noticed little or no hint of Buttermilk, Vinegar or Lemon juice when most Coleslaw recipes call for one or more of these. I'm sure there must have been at least one of those in there but far too little. Also the fries didn't seem freshly cooked, with little flavor. I don't like to complain but it would have taken very little to greatly increase the taste and value of the meal. It didn't seem like the chef was tasting anything he or she served? My suggestions? Salt the fish and the batter a bit more plus a tiny hint of Cayenne Pepper can add a lot of flavor without adding heat. Add the Malt Vinegar packets. Coleslaw needed cut up or shredded finer with a bit more flavor. Even a few drops of white Vinegar would have helped a lot and warm Coleslaw is never a good product. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and about 25 minutes from placing my order to picking it up. The place wasn't busy so plenty of time to cook fries fresh. All my suggestions would add less than $.50 cents to the food costs and would greatly increase flavor and value for the price. I wanted to like this place and was looking forward to trying future dishes but based on this first visit I’m not sure I’d return. They did have a nice looking menu and the guy who took my order seemed nice as well. They also offer many interesting beers which I believe they brew in house. It seems many people have a better experience than I did so maybe I just dropped in at a bad time?

Menu is amazing! We had nachos and a Cuban and both were good. Service was great. Nice beer selection. Will return!

Do not ignore the Sterling exit on your way in or out of Colorado on I76. This establishment is a must stop. The beer was exceptional. Kolsch was crisp and smooth. The food was better than any brewery I’ve visited. (And I have visited my share!). The pork chops were incredibly delicious…the whole meal was exceptional. Great price point. Meghan took great care of us!

Parts and Labor Brewing was absolutely fantastic. While our photos are not great quality, they were a huge bang for the buck and exceeded what we expected. Huge shout out to Meghan, our server for quickly expediting the kids meals.

The beer was good and our nachos really hit the spot. If was a great stop after a fun day at Prewitt reservior beach.

Hands down best food in Sterling.

Adorable decor, and Tanya was a friendly server, but the burgers were overcooked and dry. My friend had the Cubano and loved it. My other friend had the Pesto Chicken sandwich and enjoyed it as well. My son and I were really looking forward to trying the Goat Cheese Burger, but it was a huge disappointment. I let Tanya know that it was dry, and she said she would tell the kitchen. Afterwards nothing else happened. Such a bummer, as Tanya recommended the Goat Burger.

The experience my family and I had here was poor to say the least. While the service wasn’t bad it was very slow. It took nearly an hour to get our food and once we received it there were numerous issues with it. Not to mention the fact that people around us were getting their food long before us. The sandwiches and tacos were very overpriced for the quality they arrived in. Overall with the reviews this place has I expected more, but unfortunately I was quite disappointed.

I have traveled to many small towns and in all my travels I've found that the small town local spot is either a slam dunk or total air ball. No in between. This one is a slam dunk.

The food and drinks were delicious! Our waitress Amanda gave recommendations and knew exactly what was good based on what I liked. She was also very attentive and quick, overall amazing service!
