We were looking for an alternative to WP's often crowded and "too loud" eateries on most weekend nights. When the internet site revealed a new menu, we decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised...always a nice atmosphere, good service, improved new menu, and no loud, crowded restaurant to enjoy a meal and conversation with my wife. Michael Dybicz

Went for a special Thanksgiving meal. Food and service was excellent. A very enjoyable experience.

The menu is limited to sandwiches but don't let that scare you off -- they are all delicious. Eat on the deck and enjoy the never ending views while you sip your wine or beer and enjoy the very tasty food. Their wings got a double thumbs-up from my grandson.

Always enjoy the kindness & service we receive at Bistro 28. The patio is wonderful when the weather cooperates!

Wonderful prime rib dinner at a "less than Grand County" price.. Good to have them open in the winter.

Great service, came during the winter and the interior space felt cold and quiet, food was great.

Prompt and friendly service. Delicious holiday menu- chicken tortilla soup and sweet potato risotto- outstanding! Beautiful mountain vies, casual atmosphere.

The new winter menu for Bistro 28 is fabulous! New fresh choices, specials and some old favorites. Of course, the crew is super welcoming and friendly making for a nice dinner out.

Oh man, this place used to have the best food in the area. Actual entrees, speciald. Now, just an overpriced golf course grill. Burger, overcooked. Grilled cheese, undercooked. Server shrugged.

Always a pleasure- the view!! Combine that with friendly and attentive service, a purple gin and tonic- delicious and pretty as well- and yummy food- the chicken sandwich was moist and flavorful- even the side salad was artful as in someone was clearly paying attention to something that otherwise would not receive a great deal- so, attention to details. The menu itself is a bit limited but everything we had was excellent. A gem!

This used to be one of our favorite places in the County - for decades! But the menu has gone way way downhill. Dinner was just sandwiches that could have been warmed from packages. Gone are the interesting dishes, the to-die-for deserts and the somewhat more classy ambiance

Brett the woman also created an outstanding atmosphere for us to play in!

Been in the Fraser area for 10 years. Always go to Pole Creek and Bistro 28 for golf and food in the summer but never tried a winter dinner. Finally did and it was excellent (food and service). The pork tenderloin with ground mustard sauce and Shepard’s pie were some of the best we’ve ever had. Will definitely go again.
