I saw the mixed reviews claiming the service was hit or miss. My wife and I tried this place while staying at the resort and I would say it was overall a pretty good experience. We were seated by the window upon request. The appetizer and entrees we ordered were pretty good overall, albeit a bit expensive for what they were. Christmas dinner 2022 was a wonderful time. There was a slight delay in the delivery of each course, but it's understandable considering the special occasion, and many other guests being served simultaneously. I have no complaints about the service, as they were apologetic and kind, (working on Christmas day!), and at least the alcohol was brought out promptly, which is, you know, pretty important. Haha. The prime rib was absolutely perfect, served medium with plentiful sides....
