The off season menu is great and the food has been exceptional both times I've eaten here this autumn. Our waitress on this last visit, Mia, was an extraordinary server and the setting can't be beat.

A great value during their 50% off all food items off-season special. Great views and atmosphere. Small details not well taken care of: steak knives not put down for entrees, water not filled, no "thank you" or "good bye" on way out. Still, a very relaxed and affordable night out.

We had out of town friends visiting, and went to Altezza to enjoy the sunset and dinner. Rain interrupted the sunset, but the clouds were still dramatic, and the staff did everything to assure our dinner was excellent ... and off-peak discounted pricing was am extra treat!

I honestly hate to give a "not great" review. First, the ambiance and views are great. We have eaten there before outside on the decks and had good experiences. Last night we had a table of 10. We were told right off that they were running a promotion and most items were 1/2 price! That would have been awesome except it took quite a while for the food to come and the steaks were mediocre in taste. It took us a long time to recieve our bill to pay and after we were told the check could be "split" per person / group, the waiter said he could only split it up to 4 and that we would all get charged the same amount........ The big issue was that we didnt realize til the next morning that we were charged full price for everything. When we went back to talk to them about it, the woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We were all credited the amount we overpaid. I think the restaurant is worth another try but last night wasnt great.

Staff needs more experience... checking back to see how meal is......asking about a second drink..... offering ground pepper and Parmesan.... And asking about dessert Elk was perfect, pasta tasted like shrimp,scallops in butter sauce with noodles poured out of a bag.... Salad was a pile of lettuce leaves with cups of shredded cheese.... Not much taste in dressing. Good thing entree prices were half off.

Unfortunately had a bad evening at the restaurant. For starters it took over 30 minutes to get our first drink after we placed the order. Then when we finally did place our food order it was close to an hour before we were served. To be clear it was not the servers fault, rather the kitchen and the bar staff were the issue. Best guess is they were very understaffed and that falls on the management.

The entire staff was pleasant, professional, and paid attention to detail. Fabulous views of the mountains. Food was outstanding. The Elk Medallions were so tender and literally melted in your mouth Our server Aiden was amazing!!

We celebrated our anniversary at Altezza and it was amazing! Our steak was cooked perfectly and the salad and sides were excellent. Great service , beautiful view and yummy dessert!

Poor service even though there were staff standing around. Two of us were splitting a dish and it came out on one plate. It took over 10 minutes to get a second plate - really! By the time it came the food was cold :(

The Altezza steaks have continued to be the best we've had all summer, we've come back several times just for the 5 oz steak. The service was excellent and very attentive.
Great experience here with wonderful views on the patio especially. We were there during happy hour and got great prices on HH food and drink. The food was good, but not nearly as good as the ambience here. It's definitely worth a stop in on the patio for a cocktail and appetizer. The service was outstanding.

I’ve eaten here a bunch. The breakfast this morning was awesome. I also love their winter breakfast buffet. You can grab what you want to eat and then get on the mtn. Service was exemplary. The staff is very friendly to me. Multiple staff members coming over to make sure everything is good and if I needed anything and in a kind way. Great spot.

I had a delicious summer berry salad with skirt steak. We also enjoyed a flatbread pizza as an appetizer. This is always one of our favorite spots to eat.

Server was horrible. She blamed hostess for not getting menus when we were sat. Server then took 25 minutes to take our order. Asked her to put umbrella down needed sun to warm up. Didn't do. Could not remember what we ordered. I observed her being great with other guest there. Not sure why we got such horrible service. I was there celebrating a birthday.
