“Fabulous service from Pablo. Very efficient, kind, and attentive. Atmosphere is lovely either indoors or outdoors. The rustic flooring is gorgeous. The booths have wonderful curtains and decor. Bathrooms are very clean. Food was plated beautifully. Overall if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Pablo!“

“Great place!
We visited a couple times during our stay a few weeks ago. We tried several menu items, none were a disappointment. Although the staff and service was a bit slower at lunch- probably because the place was packed- the managers Carl, Curtis and Diana were a delight to work with. I suggest ensuring reservations, as the Timber Room was crowded and Black Iron had a wait of at least an hour.“

“I stayed in Ouray and this is the best place to go, excellent atmosphere and great wait staff, i had Tracy as my waitress and she was on top of it and amazing ! Highly recommend !“
