Not sure why I waited so long to give a review. The food is excellent and staff is great. Always love the cc burger and hammer fries...extra crispy. Cannot go wrong here, If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Great place, very friendly and absolutely perfect veggie burger and their hammer fries!!! We also had street corn and that was also a blast! Will surely return when back in Telluride!

We split the Telly Cheese steak with a side of potato salad --- it was delicious and just enough food for two of us! Highly recommend after a hike!

NYC-based foodie here. Stumbled upon "Counter Culture" during a recent family vacation to Telluride. In a word...JACKPOT! Two in our party shared a burger and I indulged in the vegetarian grain bowl. I paired it with a pilsner from Telluride Brewing next door and "voila"--perfection! Add to it that this appears to be a bit more of a local haunt with fewer tourists and the sum total experience is that much better. I was so pleased I snagged a CC trucker hat for myself as a memento! Don't miss this one.
