“Bon Vivant is a beautiful mountain restaurant in Telluride. When we went for lunch, the indoor area wasn’t open, but on a sunny day it’s honestly the best place on the mountain to go.

The food is the best-cooked of any mountain restaurant I’ve tried — really well prepared, flavorful, and comforting. Plus, sitting in the sun feels amazing: it naturally warms you up, and they even provide sunglasses, sunscreen, and Bon Vivant hats so you’re protected from the sun.
