This is always my favorite in Telluride, particularly if you are looking for quiet atmosphere and impeccable service. The menu is a bit limited, but everything on it is fantastic and the chef is superb. Never have a complaint.
We decided to give this place a try during their happy hour and were beyond pleased!!! It wasn't busy so we took our time and enjoyed a 5 star meal. You MUST try the Strawberry Negroni. I will be coming back just for that drink. Our server Justin was spectacular but we also chatted Hannah & Paul who helped us with our food beverage choices.
Had an amazing experience last night - started with delicious champagne and oysters and followed recommendations by our bright and friendly server for the prefixe. The sunchoke salad and croquettes were a great second course. My husband and I shared the rich and flavorful beef bourgignon and gnocchi for our mains followed by THE BEST creme brulee in town and a decadent hazelnut chocolate dessert. Th ambiance was lovely and the team of professionals made our date one of our favorites...
