Just tried this spot for lunch and it was so good. Everything tasted super fresh and homemade, you can tell they really care about the quality of the food. I ordered the pork belly bowl and it was absolutely delicious.
The restaurant itself has such great vibes too, really good music, relaxed atmosphere, and just an overall good energy that makes you want to stay awhile.
Definitely go if you are looking for a healthy lunch that does not sacrifice flavor. I will 100% be back!

Quiet cozy spot with Increadible food for the price compared to the much more expensive options in town.
Chef suggested the Spaghetti Squash entree. It was absolutely incredible, unique, and just as filling and authentic as anything else we had at the other 5 star restaurants in town.
The chef even took time to explain the cooking of the dish and how to make something similar at home.
Our food didn't feel late to the table, but still the chef came over to offer a partial refund for not being quicker. (We had only been waiting 10 minutes and out food came after another 5 minutes.)
Coffee was also great.

Angel and Sebastian made us an unforgettable meal with stellar service! We arrived during happy hour and had great discounted craft cocktails and half price appetizers. Appetizers were large servings and all were delicious but our favorite was the crispy short rib dumplings. Both entrees we ordered were also large servings and delicious, particularly the orecchiette and sausage in pesto sauce. Don’t miss this place when you’re in Telluride, we’ll definitely be back!

Food is good service is really slow and sometimes they are not there or like last night they forgot the 25.00 trout dip and once I was home had to go back in town and get tit. Like the idea and food just need trained service staff

I wish I had taken a picture of the rice bowls we ordered for take-out, but they were so delicious and we were so hungry, that I forgot! We splurged and got all of the veggies in our bowls. I can easily say that I have not had another rice bowl as good as the ones we got at Liz. I hope we get a chance to come back!
