“Caravan’s middle eastern food is absolute fabulous! And plentiful! Fresh & amazingly flavorful food. We had the veggie plate with tabouli, baba ghanouj, hummus, spanakopita, falafel & salad. The owner, David & his wife Diana, went above & beyond & we had one of the best experiences ever at a restaurant. I highly recommend Caravan!!“

“I wish I had taken a picture of the rice bowls we ordered for take-out, but they were so delicious and we were so hungry, that I forgot! We splurged and got all of the veggies in our bowls. I can easily say that I have not had another rice bowl as good as the ones we got at Liz. I hope we get a chance to come back!“

“A phenomenal experience. We come to telluride every fall and this is one of our favorite restaurants to dine at. Everytime the food and service is amazing. Our server tonight was Michael and he was exceptional. One of the best servers we’ve ever had. He was very educated on the menu and had great suggestions. We tried the new salmon on the menu tonight and were very pleased. We are here for 2 weeks and just might have to come again next week! Thank you Michael and thank you to the chef! Delicious!“
