David was extremely professional. His menu was creative, visually stimulating and amazing on the taste buds. Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed the food presentation which was well thought out and different from anything we have experienced in a restaurant before. If you want great food and highly professional service, you have come to the right place. David and his assistant managed to set up, disappear during my daughter's wedding ceremony and toasting, and reappear at exactly the right moment to begin service. It all happened seamlessly and without our saying anything.
David catered our wedding at the Beaumont Hotel in Ouray, Colorado. He was very professional and always available to answer our questions. We hired him from Denver for our mountain wedding and was Not Disappointed At All. The food was amazing!! All our guests were raving about how delicious everything tasted!
