What a fantastic place! The ambiance is pure Telluride, the service was fantastic, and our waiter helped us decide on the most delicious bison steak with roasted root vegetables. So delicious I want to try and recreate that dish when I get back east. Highly recommend the experience.
Wonderful experience. The four of us shared the Chateaubriand and several appetizers. Everything was delicious. Our server Boon was attentive and quick. We will definitely be going back.
This is our 2nd year dining at Timber Room and we have been very impressed both times. The staff were all warm and on point (esp our waiter Boone), service was excellent, and the roast chicken with vegetable sides divine!
