Excellent. Had dinner here for my husband’s birthday and everything was delicious. Great bread for the table, great wine list. Sat outside with their patio heaters and it was perfect. Accommodating for lactose intolerance 🙂
I had mushroom risotto with no cheese and it was super delicious! Others ordered the Rustico spaghetti and mushroom fettuccine. Tiramisu for dessert!

The wine was good, but the dinner was average definitely not worth the price. Ordered the special and two different pasta dishes and was severely disappointed. Didn’t stay for dessert. They did allow dogs so that was a positive.

Had the most amazing dinner. The food was so delicious. Our waiter, Mattia, who is from Italy, was awesome. Table on the patio up by the sidewalk but still so private because of the beautiful flowers. Highly recommend.

Rustico continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Telluride! Our last visit was in 2016 and the visit for this review is from June 2025. Service was fast and consistent and the restaurant had a positive vibe throughout. Food, while expensive, was delicious. The spicy rigatoni was a specific standout. Would come back again next time we're in the area.

55min for an app. Carpaccio was pre sliced deli meat. Al dente vs undercooked needs to be studied. Terrible service. It’s a shame - have been coming for 25yrs and it used to be great.

What a place... We are in our 70's and are well traveled, we have now put Rustico at the top of our favorite restarants list. We ate there 2 times prior to booking our own lovely room for a dinner for 40 for our family reunion... so easy to work with Carmela, just leave everything in her hands and every detail was perfect... this is real italian food, in fact the first time I spoke with her to book she was in Italy buying for Rustico-- All three times our food had great consistency and the wait staff is well trained slithering around the room doing exactly what needs to be done... our main wait staff were Adam and Murats, can not say enough about how they took care of us, polished in everyway with a wealth of knowledge about the cuisine and the wine. Never have we experienced such fine service. These two guys love what they do. If you are lucky enough to spend time in Telluride don't miss this gem of a resrtaurant in the mountains.
