Atmosphere for a BWW is always great, til the food and service sucks. If I wanted to season my wings half assed I’d ask my 2 year old. Waiter didn’t give trays for the bones and napkins. We assumed he was busy but had to ask for the items. No checkup and needed refills.

This isn’t it at all! Got seated quick & sat in some water after it was cleaned I guess? Took bout 14 mins to get our drink order & we put our food order in then also. Got served some barely sauced bone in wings with a few lil feathers still on them! Everything barely warm. Kids burger was completely unseasoned. Overall everything was below mediocre, including the paper towels in the bathroom that were in there but not dispensing. Was gonna let the waiter know but she didn’t even bother to ask, so we chalked up the L and kept it movin… learn from us, don’t take the L!

The manager got mad because I walked to the bar to get a shot on my birthday after I already paid for my food they had no problem serving me sorry food cold food and one shot at the table but as soon as I stood up he said your cut off because these girls were drinking a margarita and I offered to buy them a drink just because I walked past them... Which is a gentleman thing to do when having a conversation 😉😅😉...I don't recommend this establishment to any one in Thornton or Colorado

Absolutely horrible service, placed an online pickup order for 5:10 and food was not ready until 7. Manager said he would refund the order but that did not actually happen. Don't waste your time going here.

This place is a joke!! Walked in to no employee in sight. Stood up front for about five minutes before somebody came and finally decided to sit us down. Our server kaleb was not the friendliest. He took our drink order and food order and we didn’t see him for a while. Had to track him down for another drink. Waited for about 25 mins for our food to come out cold. We had to track our server down again to tell him our food was cold and he simply stated “What do you want me to do?” Told him we would pay for our drink and he charged us for three drinks. Talk to the manager on duty and he said don’t worry about it. Sorry about the bad experience. Never go to this place as you will be totally ignored.

I don’t know what’s going on at this Buffalo Wild Wings, but it was giving “we don’t care” from the moment we walked in. No one at the hostess stand, no greeting — just awkwardly standing there while employees walked past us like we were invisible. Then, a family comes in after us and gets seated right away… same with the next person who walked in.
When we finally got seated (after apparently mastering invisibility), the table was still dirty, sticky, and just gross. We figured okay, maybe they’re busy, but after 15 full minutes of sitting there with no menus, no water, no server, and zero acknowledgment — we realized the service was as nonexistent as the cleanliness.
We ended up walking out and going somewhere that actually wanted customers. If you’re hungry, you’ll get faster service at a vending machine.

Literally got up and left 10 minutes into being seated with no server at all. The table was super dirty, never had a chance to get someone to wipe it down. Zero interaction when we walked in. 3 people went before us. Go to the one off Central Park. Place is filled with 19 year olds that don’t care.
Worker cares more about out working, mopping the floor than helping the customers.. was mopping at 11:55, then came to the front at 12:07 and told people they couldn't seat past 12....

Came in for lunch today sat bar side and waited 20 mins before drink orders were taken. We were never given menus or silverware until after our food arrived over 20 mins after that and the food was cold. It wasn't even busy so there isn't a justification for the poor service and terrible food quality. You don't server chicken cold ever...won't be back to this location ever again it's always terrible customer service here.

According to the website as well as the app, the restaurant opened at 10:30, went into the restaurant at 10:37, was informed that they were only open for take out, not dine in. There is nothing posted on the website or app that states this, I am extremely disappointed.
