Still good sauces. I miss the boneless Thursdays when they were priced per piece. Wasn't happy with plastic utensils. Tony was an excellent server.

We went on Saturday 7/5 to eat wings late into the afternoon. The incompetence of some the employees working here was almost unbelievable. When we arrived there, a host said that it would be a 30-45 minute wait and we were like fine no worries.

So we sat and waited for nearly 50 minutes and got impatient and told the host if we had to wait any longer. She kept peering over the wall that separated the entrance and the dining area saying they were struggling to find room for us. I suppose they saw how annoyed we appeared and took us into the dining room and to our surprise there was many empty tables that it was practically not busy at all. We were absolutely stunned that we had to wait to be sat when we could’ve been sat right away once we arrived. Another girl who was trying to seat us kept trying to make room in a booth and we suggested if we could just push some tables together (mind you we were only a party of 6) but kept saying she couldn’t when clearly there was another party that had done so. When we asked why we couldn’t be seated in one other table that was dirty and they could simply clean off so that it could fit us all she said that they were taking turns? Whatever that means. We grew incredibly annoyed and I even said that we would leave and go to another location but persuaded us to stay so we were shoved into a booth.

The restaurant was terribly dirty, mountains of dirty plates along different tables. It was absolutely insanity what was going on here. The two girls in the front kept talking and talking as if they couldn’t help us anymore to get seated.

The server was nothing but kind and I wish I got her name, she was very sweet and I wish her the best. In all, it was a bad experience and truly awful for the guests we brought along because they had never been to BWW and I don’t think they’d return. Disappointed in our experience.

I received my food twice (on February 10th and March 2nd of 2019!) and both times my food was cold and way over cooked! Burned to the point that it felt a bad burnt, gritty task in your mouth🤬 for almost $35 we expected to food to at least be cooked correctly :( really disappointing

Amazing service!! Tony and Kalub went above and beyond to give my family and I the best service. I recommend coming to this location. I personally drive all the way from Reunion.

We went into this restaurant and didn’t even get acknowledged or anything for about 5 minutes. We then got a “where you wanna sit” by someone not in uniform and then when we requested a table we were told it was 10-15 minute wait and he didn’t get any of our info. We then got greeted by someone else and finally got put on the waitlist and had to wait another 15 minutes, so in total we waited for 30-35 minutes to be seated (mind you it was DEAD)… finally got to our table and then we waited another 10 minutes for a waitress. She did great in the beginning and then we noticed tables who got here after us were receiving food before we did. It progressively got worse as time went and we were here for about 2 hours in total. She ended up slamming my husband and friends drinks on the table and would walk away BEFORE everyone was able to get their refills or anything in. Seriously this place sucks and I don’t know what everyone’s deal is here. Be better

Was waiting in lobby for like 15 minutes and no one was attending, didn’t close till like an hour and a half and I was told that they couldn’t take any to go orders. Waited for nothing. Guy was rude about it had to call the location so they could come help me.

Lilliana (hope I got the name right) was one of two servers working Halloween night and was honestly amazing I’ve avoided other buffalo wild wing locations cause of terrible service and she killed it tonight making sure we were taken care of and still helping the entire restaurant while she was at it!

These people still can not get a basic order correct for two people. How do you even stay in business with service like this? The restaurant industry is failing miserably. Then you get this dumb owner responding with the same copy and paste message to every negative review telling you to go to the website and fill out a form.....real classy man

The people who work here need serious training. The website doesn't work right now. Girl that answered the phone said i could place an order for delivery with her, then when I went to check out, she said it was for pick up only. I'm so tired of idiots.

Tbh I’m not one to post reviews for businesses, but this time I had to because it’s a continuous problem that keeps happening in this locations. I placed a mobile order I was there to pick up and when I got there, there was no one to help me out I waited 15 minutes until I decided to call the location so someone could help me out in front.. I can see them!! No one picked up until the 5th ring and it was slow no people… and to top it off I see one of the cooks pull up his shirt and show his belly to whoever he was with… eventually someone comes out and this isn’t the first time she’s helped me out but she’s disrespectful and always bad attitude.. why is she there? I’m a manager and if I’d see this within my people I couldn’t accept it… customer service is really important and you guys are losing people cause of it… I’m definitely not going back there anymore.. please fix this with management and start getting this location fixed soon.

I love bdubs and this one in particular has been great for to-go orders over the years.

However, they just implemented a $1 charge per ranch, and no ranches are included in orders, regardless of size. This is borderline exhortation and I want to publicly display my dissatisfaction for corporate’s decision.
