Juan G was awesome! Checked in on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. As far as AYCE goes, Chubby has the highest quality and best selection I've found. The wait was about 40 minutes on a Tuesday night at 7:30 for 2 people, but you can join their wait list before you get there (live and learn).
The restaurant itself is also really cool. Very bright with lots of fun artwork and Japanese inspired styling. Thanks for this find, Instagram 😂
