What was noted is how large the green tea mug is- that’s fantastic, and the bowl of edamame was also large. Minus a star reasoning- good food, quaint location, and friendly service, but nothing felt like “wow, I will brag about that meal”. And there are some sushi meals that I still think about today. So 4 is that’s it’s a good place to go, you’ll have really good meal, and it’ll be at the same cost of other places.“

Our waitress answered all my questions and I didn't feel like a burden. The made a change to all of the rolls we wanted by swapping out tempura or sauces that contained soy sauce.
We will definitely be back.

“Yuki is my favorite restaurant. The sushi is always fresh and very well made. The Ramen can not be beat. House made noodles and 15+hrs steeped broth are nearly impossible to find anywhere else.

To top it off, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable.“

“I just want to say that Ooka is and has been my go-to sushi spot. I am head over heels for their California roll and honestly anything else I’ve tried here. The staff is efficient and friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the sushi is on point. Before we moved up north, we used to always partake in sushi Sundays from Ooka. “We love Kobe An and have been patrons going back 30 years since they were in Lakewood. Marco has done an amazing job with the new -er location and his staff is well trained. His newer sushi chefs are doing a fantastic job which leaves him free to focus more on the front of the house. We told him tonight that the sushi is the best it’s been in the 30 years we’ve been going to his restaurants. The hamachi and mussels were outstanding, as were the rolls and cocktails. The new Kobe An is the real deal.“

“This is one of my favorite restaurants in Denver period. I’m Japanese and have eaten at every Japanese restaurant in Denver and I just keep coming back. This is a perennial, family run establishment that serves traditional Japanese food. Everything on the menu is great, and there’s a dish for everyone; if you’re looking for a reliable and affordable Japanese spot for lunch, this is it.

Don’t care for nor listen to the negative reviews regarding “slow” service or whatever else people are nitpicking. The family that runs the restaurant works really hard every single day, providing delicious food and great service. Not everything is perfect, but thats how I like it; the waitress is an older Japanese lady who works extremely hard alongside her family in the kitchen; it is disheartening to see negative comments from people who are unable to understand how much work it takes to run a restaurant.

“Easy find an conveniently located. The sushi are so cheap, delicious, and well sized. Got 5 pieces of tempura sushi for around $7. They give you sauces at request and a good amount. The menu has amazing prices, especially in this economy. There's also drinks and snacks if you're interested.

My only true issue is the wait time. They only take an order or 2 every 5 to 10 minutes. I waited around 30 minutes for my order. I forgive this since there were only 2 workers and a decent number of customers. Bathrooms and tables are there while you wait. Clean inside.

If you're looking for cheap sushi- don't buy it for nearly twice the price at the target or Walgreens on either side. Get it fresher and tastier here.“

“I wanted to eat a bagel and drink some wine after going to the movies, so I saw some carnivorous plants instead. Since I was still hungry and thirsty I got a haircut. My hair was upgraded and I also drunk a bottle of wine. I got a tattoo afterwards. My leg looks fantastic and my bagel was also delicious, but something was missing. I got some sushi. It was brilliant but not as good as this bagel. I got a second one. That was missing. The second bagel.“

“went for the first time yesterday. got that curry soup which was good (well order again not too sweet like coconut curt can be sometimes) but I asked for my rice on the side since it was to- go. rice was left off :( also, there was a little piece if eggshell in my soup. I was so glad that was at the end bc my feelings would have been hurt if I found it before I was just about finished eating. my daughter had a Cali roll that she said was good. and a kid's bento box. the Ramen was a bit dry IMO but everyone liked it fine. good mango lemonade.
