Great spot! The ramen was excellent, and the rice bowl was just as delicious. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with quality ingredients. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly and fast. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu. I am so obsessed to have found an authentic Japanese restaurant, when I saw all the aburi options I ordered almost all of them, the freshness and quality of the fish is amazing. My favorite was the yellowtail and salmon. We also ordered fresh sashimi from the special menu the Shima Aji and it was so good. I also tried the crispy rice sushi for the first time and loved it.
