Yuki Ramen + Taki Sushi Highland is a great place for sushi and katsu. The Tokyo roll, chicken katsu, karage, and gyoza were all delicious. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice. Ken and Lin are amazing hosts, with Ken custom making sushi pieces and explaining each one. The sushi was the best ever had. The ramen, especially the Tonkotsu broth, was outstanding. The noodles were some of the best ever tasted, with the ramen egg perfection. The only downside was the pork chasu being rather thin and chewy. Authentic and superb Japanese food, with even a great Japanese IPA available.
