This is the best sushi in metro Denver in my opinion. Sushi Den, and Temaki are great, but I think this is underrated and better. In particular the Master's Sushi with the crispy rice is terrific, miso eggplant is unique and delicious, and my favorites are the mango salmon hand roll and the scallop hand roll. The seaweed in the hand rolls is absolutely perfect.

So glad to find this spot in Denver when traveling here. Came here with my two boys and everyone loved it. Sushi was really great and the ramen was outstanding as well. Tonkotsu broth tasted phenomenal and some of the best noodles I’ve ever had. Ramen egg was perfection. The only miss was the pork chasu, rather thin and chewy instead of a thick cut marinated melt in your mouth kind of pork belly.
