The people that work here need a raise, because they understand the needs of the people who go here to eat. I was short by $1 for a food item and the manager allowed it to be comped. I'm not saying you should go to Burger King and try to rip off the manager. I'm saying that was a one-time incident and I'm grateful they helped me out in that way. I want to start by saying the music is always a highlight and the food is consistently good for a fast-food spot. The burgers are genuinely satisfying, and I appreciate the convenience.
However, I've had a few frustrating experiences. In the summer, the air conditioning is almost always broken, making it difficult to enjoy a meal inside without feeling uncomfortably hot. Additionally, I've had multiple instances where my drive-thru order was missing the fries....
