I always chose this store because they get my orders right and the food is perfect! I wish all locations were like this. The staff is great, courteous and fast! Kudos to Carmen and the rest of the crew!

Came here ordered some food they messed up my order they told me to come in and get what was missing and when I come in they say they can't replace it horrible customer service
Customer Service was non-existent today. When we walked up to place our order we had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged. The entire staff was focused solely on drive-thru. The coke syrup was out, which we reported & still not fixed when we left. The staff ignored my spouse when he asked for ketchup & ignored a little boy trying to order a milkshake for several minutes until his dad had to get assertive & intervened.
This Burger King is the worst! I made an online order for 6:04 pm. When I arrived at 6:23pm, the girl at the window was very snotty and couldn't find my order. She told me to park in front and turn my emergency lights on. She brought 2 orders out within that time. 20 minutes passed and nothing was brought out. When I went inside, they still couldn't find my order and I waited another 10 minutes. Please save your money and go to another location. The employees are very rude and lack customer service skills.

Last two times I have ordered the crispy tacos they had no taco sauce on them and no available packets of sauce. My bacon cheesburger was lukewarm at best. Must have been sitting for a while.
Horrible experience. I ordered food through doordash and was missing items. They immediately started blaming the driver because they didnt speak English. Also missing my nuggets and fries, paid for fyi. Dont get lippy with me over the phone, just admit you messed up and correct it. This is not how a business is ran and now I understand why they are rated less than 3 stars... great track record!!! Keep up the awesome customer service... or not....

Thought this location was 24 hrs? My stepfather just pulled up and waited for a few mins at the speaker without being acknowledged
The food was good, nice and neat, surprisingly so. The people working were really friendly and working well together. However, most of the tables were dirty, and the dining area was a bit strange. The drink machine was behind the counter which is okay, but there clearly used to be a station for it. There were no condiments out where you could get them either. Also, both of the machines to put the order in yourself were out of service.

More like microwaved to order! What happened to cooking a fresh flame broiled burger? Not only was the food dry and tasteless, there is little to no customer service. What happened to the Burger King I remembered as a kid. Why can’t fast food restaurants realize people are willing to wait for fresh but not willing to pay for burgers overpriced with subpar quality. Be better!

I eat dinner there 3 to 4 nights a week before i go to work. For the last 6 to 8 months the sevice is terrible and you can hear workers arguing. This is at the drive thru. It really sucks that the workers are so crappy.

Stopped by yesterday at 11am and never even got to give my order. The girl putting together the drive thru orders and the girl cooking the fries were sooo busy bitching at each other that they didn't even notice that they had customers standing there. I waited 5 minutes and then left.

The worst burger I’ve ever gone to and will never go again. I ordered 4 kids meal and a whopper meal using the app $46 in food. I get there and the fountain machine wasn’t working so we get pink lemonade instead. They didn’t have toys for the kids meal and said they’ll give is cookies instead. We get home and the nuggets, fries and onion rings were cold, stale and chewy. They only have us 2 cookies instead of 4. And the pink lemonade was very very sweet. I would’ve went back but looks like there was only young kids working and I was tired after taking my kids to 5 trunk and treat streets. I would never recommend this location. East Colfax surprisingly has better service. Horrible.

If I could get this place A negative number I would. I never leave reviews on fast food because it’s a waste of time. But I was compelled to do so with how crappy this place is. And it’s not our first time we probably eat here five times in the last 10 years we’ve live over here. But I thought hey they have this new Halloween menu. Be fun for the kids but don’t waste your time or money go to the other Burger King on 120th and Washington.
My husband went in there tonight inside to order food he asked for food to go. The lady was rude and he was just standing there asking for a bag. She kept ignoring him to ask her three times. Which whatever.
But all of the drinks were out of order so we couldn’t get a drink, which OK whatever.
Which then we’re like why isn’t there a toy in the kids menu right and They said oh we don’t do toys and give them a crown for which Burger King has been giving out for free since I was a child. So I guess that’s their toy now however, another Burger King up the street gives out a toy so I don’t know. Maybe it’s the owners of that franchise. Don’t like to spend the extra money. Crappy experience…. Everybody who works there was rude and we waited 20 minutes in the damn place when nobody was there awful……
