Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Without a doubt, I would never go back. The potatoes were cold and super salty. The old school bread was cold and poorly made, as if they had thrown the food to a homeless person. The wings were soggy with lemon and cold, the worst thing I have ever eaten in the United States. …. I wouldn't eat here again… ?????

John was very friendly and very awesome! Took our order, brought our food even got us ketchup from self service! Was very friendly towards my kiddos! Will start coming to this one, very clean and very nice!

The food was good but the ordering process was so incredibly frustrating and took over 5 minutes because the cashier didn’t understand a lick of english. He struggled to input my rewards and even understand what I wanted to order. I literally had to bring out google translate to convey what I wanted to get. My suggestion would be to hire front end people who speak english even as a second language if you’re going to have a business in the united states. I even watched him struggle to comprehend and take other peoples orders when spoken to in english as well so it definitely wasn’t just a me problem. Hot take possibly but I needed to post this because of how frustrated I was with this.

Honor your signs, charged double and claimed they don't do that anymore.

The cashier was amazing. He made us feel welcome. He treated us with respect, and he even brought our food to our table and then he even brought ketchup for my wife's fries. He went above and beyond. It makes us want to return just for him.

Location #02317 Walmart Thornton Online order for a first timer I thought don't read the other comments just order so its my opinion, no bias SO Food tasted good a little pricey 50+ for 3 to eat that's only if you get what you order /doordash picks and drops not there fault, we where missing a large tea ,large fries and cup of cheese, the atmosphere is a 5star from my couch so I hate when service is bad and food fantastic ? as for wing or other things not sure? We loved the subs and the lemon aid, maybe next time I will go to and get and maybe a better review

Food I would give 0 Star.Service it depends the cashier could get 5 star cook or whoever tried to cook 0 star.This evening was my third time to have cheesesteak at this location. This was the worst experience for $40 +I payed $40+ for two large orders of salt. On the sandwich as well as on the bacon and cheese fries. The only 2 things without salt were the sodas.I am not quite sure if employees do care about customers and their good experience nowadays. If it had been a mistake why both meals were made same salty that you can not eat. But when you drive home after a long day of work with your cheesesteak... you open up your long waited cheesesteak... you take a bite and you do decide to leave a feedback. Cooks should learn the right way. They should be aware of Charley's Cheesestakes expectations.$40Can you just learn what respect means? Respect food and respect costumers. I've ordered their everything fries before. Today, the two orders I received are literally raw. Can't get ahold of the store, neither can door dash. This is extremely frustrating. Both orders are raw.

Their food is absolutely delicious, no problems there! Their app however is altogether useless. I haven't been able to signup for well over a month, missing out on earning membership points three times over. Which is infuriating as you're teased with the $5-off in-app deal that's shown all over their stores, that's impossible to earn.The main page of the app will not let you sign-up, nor does the log-in button work. To add insult to injury, trying to sign-up through the menu will bring you full-circle back to that same dysfunctional page. Not surprised to find out that the Guest Option works with no issue. And it has been this way for well over a month, as if it's an intentionally made error. Full advertisement of a discount by ordering in-app, then not correctly linking the only signup button given is beyond disgraceful.Eventually found a work-a-round for all who is encountering this same issue. Use your browser and go to their Official Website and signup there. Once a member, go back into the app and ignore the login button (that won't work anyways) and go right to the Order tab. Once a location is set the option to enter your username & password will appear. Enter your login info there. Now it won't show you as logged in, nor will it save your credentials for next time as it says it will. Don't be fooled however as you are signed in as "an in-app member." This can be confirmed, after-the-fact, as it will be in your history (web accessible of corse). It is made more evident when you continue to process your order as you will have the option to choose those perks and discounts that are rightfully yours as advertised (given the achievement of various variables) that you would never be given access to under that Guest link.
