Made a mobile order. Arrived with no one in line. Just a simple order. 3#1 meals. It took 10 minutes for a drive thru order. Today the service was horrible. Chick fila is the standard for getting your order ready and out quickly. Today they failed.

First time ever having an issue at this location but it will definitely be my last time eating chicken fil a. I wasn't paying much attention while eating the waffle fries but noticed they started to taste strange and checked them. Turns out the fries towards the bottom were moldy. Thankfully it happened to me before my kids began to eat their fries. I'm beyond disgusted that no employees noticed mold on the food they were preparing and if they did shame on you for serving it and not throwing it out.

We ordered breakfast they took our order, in our order we got 3 hash browns. We had to wait long in line because the employees were walking through the car lane to throw away trash but instead of just quickly walking they stoped to chat and caused the line to have to wait for them to stop chatting. When we get to the window they only gave us two hashbrowns. We had to park, walk back in and ask for the other one that we paid for and they didn’t give us. When we go inside they said nothing they can do they ran out of hashbrowns and stopped serving breakfast so they can’t heat us up the hashbrowns that we ordered because it was like 2 minutes past the time window. If you ran out why not say something at the window instead of not saying anything and making us walk in to disappointment. This is not the first time we have been disappointed with breakfast service here at this location. Also the fries they gave us to replace the hashbrowns had no salt and were soggy.

I like to swing through the drive through here for breakfast, and the only reason I can't give 5 stars is how often they get my order wrong, and I usually don't notice until I'm already driving away and too far to turn back for correction. Yesterday morning (3/5/25) I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese, and that was confirmed over the intercom for ordering and then I was given a sandwich with double cheese. It was so disappointing. I still love the food but I hate American cheese, so this was the worst breakfast sandwich I had ever had from here. Usually I remember to check before driving away because I always order the same thing and it's wrong probably 70% of the time, even though the order is confirmed verbally before I pull up to the window. All I'm asking for is something with no cheese, and often I'll get something so wildly incorrect that it's confusing. Still love the breakfast here, just hate cheese.
**Update 7/10/25** its only gotten worse. I ordered the same breakfast sandwich with no cheese and received a biscuit and sausage, no egg. And the wrong coffee. I know it doesnt really matter but I probably just won't go to this location again. Hope you have better luck, but check the items before you drive away.. I keep making that mistake

Food was good. Standard fare chick-fil-A. Some of the workers can get a bit snippy or will exaggerate the hell out of the fake "Welcome to Costco, I love you" attitude every CFA worker is drilled to have. Havent ate inside more than a few times but those few times were okay. Place was a bit dirty both times. Standard fare.
Good food and very fast service. Took the time to go over the items in the bag, verifying on the receipt.

Got myself a brownie using my points and I got the driest nastiest piece??? So stale it's like biting a rock??? How disappointed. My fried were cold and soggy . After a bad day this isn't what you need . I think I should take my business elsewhere till cfa can get a grip on decent food I am aware things get busy and there's a rush but I would've waited longer if it meant fresher food instead I had to throw it all out !

The Nice thing about this play area is that it has a spot for crawlers and new walkers. The lobby is difficult in the afternoon and evenings because the sun glares right into all that glass and blinds everybody.
