Why does this Chick Fil A not have the lunch rush down to a science like literally every other CFA does? Took me 30 mins to get through the drive through. Also on 2 separate occasions I have been in the restroom and a CFA employee has come out of a stall and walked straight out the door and into the kitchen without washing their hands. It's been a different Hispanic woman both times Disgusting!

My Salad looked gross and the line was too slow, after asking for chick fil a sauce because they didn’t give me any with my order when I had asked, the cashier gave me a dirty look and said there was already sauce.

Service was terrible. I waited 20 minutes for 2 milkshake. When i asked about it she gave me lip about it. Then tried to give me melted milkshakes. I asked them to remake them and I got more attitude.

Person at register told me I could make modifications to meal due to dietary restrictions and then was given the meal without the modifications being made. Then was told the modifications weren’t possible so now have a meal that I cannot eat and wasted 1,500 points on it
