First time was great atmosphere but the food was a miss and service was not good due to the issue with my credit on file. Told them wanted to Pay with gift card and they charged my card so had to get refunded and that was a whole issue but solved. Went another time and service got better and so was food. If you've ever came across any of our reviews... You will know that we dont go easy on the businesses that we review. Chicken & Waffle made this review so easy. An absolutely amazing staff polite prompt attentive the menu is priced so fair it could bring a dysfunctional family back together... Not to mention the food it's self LOVED IT. Can not give the place enough stars to illustrate how my experience was. That staff was amazing. You gotta try them

Giving it a four out of five stars all around due to the environment and entertainment. The food though gets a three out of five for me.

I got the Pickle chicken sandwich with fries.

The pickle slaw was really good, the chicken was flavored well but a little dry. I was sad the bacon was mostly fat though and not super crispy so it wasn’t a great add on to my sandwich. The grilled chicken had a really nice char to it. It isn’t setting well...
