Chicken & Pickle offers a vibrant atmosphere with stunning views of I-25 and the Rockies, ample seating, and fun pickleball courts, perfect for gatherings with friends and family. The staff were friendly, and the manager’s check-in showed genuine care. However, the food was a letdown—served lukewarm and stale, lacking in taste. While the ambiance and activities make it worth a visit, the food quality needs improvement to justify a return trip.
Stopped by to check it out on opening day and overall had a good time. I didn't play any games, just ordered some food and drinks.
The spicy marg was decent, but I preferred the bramblin man cocktail. We also ordered the pickled chicken sandwich and the chicken + 2 ribs platter with 7 chili seasoning. All of the food was good, and the platter came with a solid amount of meat.
The atmosphere was fun and the rooftop was a good vibe.

Hopefully this place improves soon. It’s a franchise and should have the bugs worked out by now, but they have a long way to go. The facility is great, lots of additional activities, and the food was good as well. The management needs a lot of work, especially at resolving issues. There is also no paddle rack system or oversight for open play, which led to a cluster. Servers seem green, but that will improve with experience.
