I ordered food through Grubhub and found that my order was given away to another customer. The restaurant refused to replace the order. Horrible service and an unapologetic lack of order management. I will never set foot in this place again.

went the other night and they said they finished early so they were out of a lot of things. even when we finally did get to sit down to eat what they had, our sides were cold and floppy and everything else was almost inedible. on top of that they still forgot things…no peppers like we ordered, gave a 2 piece instead of 3 piece, gave a spicy sandwich instead of original. ridiculous.

We ordered thru Door Dash and when our order got here it was totally WRONG! my family can't eat spicy due to my son having Crohn's dease, we sat down for dinner and the mac and cheese was BURNT! Our chicken was spicy and by the time my son bit into his chicken he was in the bathroom throwing up, we didn't receive our full order, my husband tried to call them to let them know and they hung up on him before he could even tell them why he was calling, my family went to bed hungry because of the chicken being spicy , and the Mac and cheese burnt, again we didn't receive our complete order, it has been a while since we ordered from Church's Chicken and I guess they don't care because they have so many other customers. Very upset because the meat was spicy and made my son throw up, if you look at my ticket it doesn't show any spicy chicken requested.

All they sell is legs and thighs. Strips were over breaded and very little meat. Walked out and went to a taco truck across the parking lot. Got more for my money.
