Wakes me, my wife, and our five month old up almost every single week. They don't stop until multiple people from the surrounding apartment buildings come out to yell or threaten them, and management of this establishment does nothing to stop this. During holidays, they fire fireworks at the apartments directly across from them until past midnight. Absolute lawlessness and disrespect towards your community.

Jay helped me out, almost 930 at night still busy. Absolutely made my night, was able to help with special requests including some on sizes, and absolutely set it up with toppings. They were also quite busy, he was still calm polite and focused, in a rush that can be very difficult. I always love the ice cream of course but the people can make the experience much better or worse. Will definitely be coming back, thanks! Jay deserves some recognition, promo or employee of the month if y'all do that!

We love going to this Cold Stone! The ice cream is of course delicious and the variety of flavors to choose from, along with the endless supply of mix-ins. They always offer large servings of ice cream with all the goodies inside. We’ve never had an issue with this location and customer service is almost always a 10 out of 10. The restroom is private and clean. I love the option to sit in or outside to enjoy the goodies before they melt. My only complaint would be the long lines during the summer months, but this is to no fault of their own. It just simply means everybody loves to go there. Keep up the great job!

I used to work at a Coldstone so I understand the standard of customer service and I know that it wasn’t what it was today. I ordered three items and every time I went to add something or ask for a sample of a flavor it was a heavy side with an eye roll. I wasn’t asked or offered if I wanted a waffle bowl and was seem like it was an inconvenience to an asked for one. My ice cream wasn’t properly mixed and bowls were less sloppy and sticky there was.There was no communication no smiling nothing. If people coming in to an establishment to get goods and service and you don’t want to provide quality goods and service quit your job and work somewhere else.

The manager is really nasty. This cold stone particularly, is also ran by high school kids that don't seem to know what they're doing. If you don't want to wait twice, the amount of time as it would take in any other cold stone. Along with being treated dismissively, i would recommend a cold stone with management.That is competent.

Angel was amazing had great customer service very helpful and friendly. Gave me really good recommendations and got me an ice cream that tasted amazing specially with my lactose intolerance and very few options I got a great tasting ice cream

I was waiting in a 25 person line and the staff were either goofing off or making online orders. Decided to leave after 15 minutes of the line being completely ignored.

my family and I had the pleasure of visiting Cold Stone Creamery, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. I was with my grandmother, mother, wife, and son, and we were all impressed by the service we received especially from Heather.
Heather was incredibly welcoming and patient as we all took our time selecting our ice cream. She made sure each order was perfect and even took the time to engage with us in a friendly and professional manner. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly enjoys what they do, but Heather’s positive attitude and great customer service made our visit even better.
The ice cream, as always, was delicious fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. But the real highlight was the way Heather treated us like valued customers, making sure our family outing was enjoyable from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth with excellent service, Cold Stone is the spot to go. And if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Heather, you’re in for a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a Bannana Carmel Crunch with pecans. Hardly any toppings mixed in. Was mostly ice cream yet I paid for extra toppings. Paid almost $20 for a cup of vanilla ice cream. Was delivered and wasn’t able to get resolve since it was a “store issue”. After reading recent reviews I won’t be ordering from here again since it’s been an ongoing issue at this store apparently.

I went in today and there was a new guy making my ice cream. He gave me the smallest serving and added very little toppings. I understand he was new so I didn’t say anything and I just paid and left. It still sucked I dieted all week to treat myself to this. It was also really expensive. One scoop in a waffle bowl for $10.
