“The ice cream still good but just wish they had a responsible adult supervising what all those kids there are doing, there is like 6 or 7 youngsters working there and only one of them knows what she's doing, the other 5 or 6 have no clue and you can tell by their attitude that they don't want to be there because they put zero effort on what they are doing, we were there waiting for our order and they forgot about it, some other customers came in, order and left with their stuff and no body care about ours, after minutes waiting finally the one person that actually was working and paying attention to what was happening came and give us our order, sometimes this type of things are the ones that make you don't want to go back to a business like that, and the tables and floors can use a little cleaning because they are very dirty, anyways maybe they just need some guidance and some more training, who knows.....“

“I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews, we've come here for several years and have never had any problems or issues. Yes, the majority of staff members are young adults but they've always displayed some form of professionalism. We're going to continue coming for ice cream especially since Baskin Robbins closed.“
“Went yesterday 11/03 and the team that worked night shift yesterday did absolutely AMAZINGGG !! BURGER WAS DELICIOUS FRIES WERE DELICIOUS AND MY ICE CREAM CREAM CAME WITH HELLA COOKIES IN ITT !!! And it was super fast service and they were also super sweet ! Definitely will be coming back again“
