Really disappointed in this location lately. Today I ordered food for pickup and arrived at the store around the time the app said food would be ready. Went to the pick up counter like we usual. Thinking they were just super busy, I waited at the counter for 10 minutes as many people came in, ordered their food, got their food and left. All 4 employees walked past me several times without saying a word. 2 employees were running the register and making treats, 1 employee was pretending to be busy and the other employee was hiding in the back and then stocking cakes as a line formed.
It wasn’t until I stood in the order line that any of the employees bothered to acknowledge me and they didn’t even have the order ready, so overall about a 20 minute wait for a pick up/mobile order AFTER the promised ready by time.
The food has gone downhill and their blizzards were just sad: Too much mustard on the burgers; Oil for deep fryer needs to be changed ASAP, and The blizzards were basically vanilla ice cream with a small spoonful of toppings.
Too bad, this location used to be awesome.

Im quite sure dairy queen policy is employees serving or preparing food are to wear hair restraints whether that be a hat, hair net or visor. The employees at this location never have hats on and the person serving your food normally has hair halfway down their back and in their face. At least tie your hair behind your head. It almost makes me lose my taste for ice cream when I look at your employees preparing food with no hats on.

Went yesterday 11/03 and the team that worked night shift yesterday did absolutely AMAZINGGG !! BURGER WAS DELICIOUS FRIES WERE DELICIOUS AND MY ICE CREAM CREAM CAME WITH HELLA COOKIES IN ITT !!! And it was super fast service and they were also super sweet ! Definitely will be coming back again

We we're there last night 03-04-17..the 3yrs before have been great. But last night it sucked screwed up so many orders it was dirty. We're going to try and find another DQ to go to..10/28/25 update. Much cleaner food tasted good plus friendly had a pleasant time.
Very friendly staff. Food came out nice, hot and fresh.

I don't eat a ton of fast food, but was in the area & saw Dairy Queen, so went through the drive-through for a chicken finger basket & blizzard. I think there might have been only one person working. He took my order & I pulled up to the window. I waited about a minute & he came to the window with my blizzard, took my payment, then asked me to park in the #1 waiting spot. After waiting there several minutes & long enough for about 2-3 other cars to get their food & leave, he brought out my food & I went home.
First thing I noticed opening the box was that they're no longer chicken fingers, but chicken nuggets. I opened my little cup of ranch & dipped the first one. Immediately I had to smell & dip my finger to taste-test the ranch. It passed both, but it had a kind of lumpy texture I'm still not sure about.
I grabbed a slice of the toast & it was actually bread SOAKED in whatever butter product they use on it. Took another look into the box of disappointment & grabbed a couple fries. I used to say Dairy Queen had the best fries. They did not look like the fries I remembered, & definitely didn't taste like them either.
I finished what I could of the chicken & took the rest to the trash bin for the raccoons. By that time I'd forgotten about the blizzard I put in my freezer to get out cold again.
I'm not sure if some of this was a one-off because they were short on staffing, but they've definitely changed sourcing from what I remember. Quality of everything was BAD. I guess I should say that the two bites of blizzard I took while waiting for my food seemed pretty good, & the guy at the window seemed to be doing his best & was nice. The meal was a good reinforcement to stay away from fast food.

The cashier was very friendly and provided good service. The food was delicious altogether, but the drinks were pretty bland, with the exception of water. One of the largest Dairy Queen restaurants I’ve been to.
Worse blizzard I've ever seen. I barely got any of the toping. After the first few bites it was just ice cream. It was a pumpkin pie blizzard that was white. Go to adifferent location.

They are the worst Dairy Queen. Take the time to drive to another one. They have no clue how to make the basic menu items they have. Asking them to fix it will result in more confusion and then telling the customer they did something wrong.

Don’t stress these guys out too much, by having them cook an already cooked hotdog. I can get a full Italian meal or six pizzas quicker than this.

This is my second time coming here and the first time we were like whatever but the second time it’s like come on it seems like no one is running the shift. It just seems like there’s just a whole bunch of highschoolers. They’re just laughing around joking around not wanting to work when there was a line and drive-through wrap around the building And then when we got our ice cream two of our four ice creams were wrong. One of them was over feeling it melted and one of the workers was like is this OK? When we told them that they were wrong, they just looked at us looked at us, dumbfounded they didn’t fix our wrong ice cream. They just sent us out. On our way pretty much. This place needs very much help.
