Totally saved the day for us. My son's cake was supposed to be ready at the dairy queen on 84th but wasn't. An hour before the party this DQ had a cake and got it ready quickly and it looked beautiful. Thanks guys!!

What is going on with Dairy Queen?! I asked for 2 small Sunday’s and 2 medium Sundays and this is what I get? Can you tell which is which? I mean McDonald has them for cheaper price and more presentable. Fudge?? Come one at least put it all around not on one side only guys! And price wise!? Got charged for medium sizes. Y’all are getting worse then McDonalds.. next time I’ll probably have a better luck with McDonald’s

Disappointed, I went through the drive thru, I ordered a banana split and it was already melted when I checked in the bag, I literally live like 5 minutes away 😭- like is the soft serve machine just runny? Cause no way the ice cream melted that fast, especially when the fruits and cream were still kinda cold. The blizzard was good tho and cheeseburger! But definitely never ordering a banana split from here, especially after seeing the other reviews

They were out of peanuts! My partner thought I wouldn't mind pecan buster parfait,.....well he was wrong. When you have a craving it just doesn't cut it. Very sad. It tasted too different. Ok but different. The service was fast even though the drive through was way past the entrance. So that was nice. We chose to go inside though

Absolutely ridiculous it was a bunch of kids working who didn't seem to care about there job they are standing around talking an not working while people are waiting for orders all there is on my order is fries an a slushy ten plus minutes later still nothing. One kid tried to help but idk

I have not been to a Dairy Queen in years, and I have to say that I am glad that I chose this location. I had some very specific instructions for my order which normally means it's always wrong. However, they were very gracious and accommodating. Long story short order came out right and the manager that made my order was so great. I wish I got his name, but he was awesome.

There ice cream always 10/10 for me. When I get food I get there tinders. Had a few mishaps with them but for me it's the best food combo meal deal there is
Waited for 45min just for few little items. Do not recommend this location at all. Staff isn't friendly or apologetic for the delay and the wait for it as well. Horrible service and a place.

It says they close at 10pm but they will turn the lights off on you inside and lock the doors at like 8pm. They’ll do this even if you are in the middle of eating with no apology or explanation. Made the experience here very awkward and unwelcoming.

Chase in the drive thru was the best. We went in the drive through at about closing time. Ordered 4 blizzards/shakes and 2 sides and he took our order and served us with a smile on his face.
Little girl at the window with pink or orange hair gave me some nasty ass gravy because she forgot…. I literally asked for an extra gravy and they forgot so when I reversed to the window they saw me and just ignored me like I don’t understand why they get mad after their mistake….. makes absolutely no sense…….. (Reen) or whatever the manger at the time said that they all get the gravy from the same place so she doesn’t know what the problem is….obviously being defensive about me confronting them…
