I ordered a blizzard but got a shake with candy

Ordered a their hotdog and this is what i got no ketchup no mustard and loos like a bite taken out of just the meat portion

Blizzard comes out like soup. What happened to dumping them over before serving?

Absolutely wild the prices they charge vs the portions they give. Paid $7.40 for a royal Blizzard just for it to be 3/4 full and have almost no fudge center

Just stood in Dairy Queen for 30 minutes in line for ice cream. Manager decided to shut down the lobby because she was too overwhelmed with door dash orders. If you can't manage your crew better you shouldn't be a manager. There were 8 employees working and it's mother's day, should have prepared better. Will continue to stick with anyone else.

Waited for 20 min, saw everyone come in after and leave before us.. no explanation or anything. Then we finally got home and our order was completely wrong. I love dq but I'm really disappointed.

This is a great place to take the family out for a quick treat after a long day in the car or as a cheer up after a lost game. They do in fact have a drive thru and The kids are bound to love the ice cream. They are fast and efficient and most important they are friendly. I come here all the time and always get great service. I am glad that they also have more than ice cream and shakes. They don't have a big food menu but what they do have is good and it is a decent size for the price Unlike what seems to be most places these days. If you like to enjoy life a little or treat your self or a loved one this is the place to do it. The even have cakes that you can walk in and buy last minute if you need something on the fly. And unlike Mc Donald's that seems to always have a broken ice cream machine i have yet to experience theirs being broken. So if you are disappointed that the mc Donald's right next to it doesn't have a working ice cream machine you can always go right over to dairy queen and get a delicious treat that won't disappoint you. Don't take my word for it go experience it for yourself and I'm sure you will agree. You won't be disappointed i can almost guarantee it.

I have been a customer here for years. Prior to now, our experiences were always pleasant. Today I was picking up a cake order that I placed online. The cake looked nothing like the photo shown on the website. When I pointed this out to the clerk (Kyden D.), she didn’t want to listen or take the time to hear what I was trying to convey. Instead she was rude and disrespectful. When I asked for a manager, Kyden said she was the manager. A woman from the back then came to the counter to help (Debbie) who was polite and courteous; she took the time to listen instead of being argumentative like Kyden. I still purchased the cake because of Debbie’s demeanor - she treated me respectfully and acknowledged my concerns which is how you would expect to be treated. I’m taking the time to give this review because the manager Kyden was very unprofessional and handled the matter poorly. As a result, this business has lost a long time customer.

This place doesn’t know how to make ice cream. Last time I come here. Hire people who get their work done instead of dumb teenagers that wanna lollygag around and hand over melted ice cream.

Can you make the guy with the entire mop of hair wear a hat or a hair net? He literally couldn’t even see where he was going and had to lift up his hair to even see what was going on. His hair goes directly over his face and all the way past his chin! What manager lets a person in food service wear their hair like that?!?!!!

The last few times I've gone they've skimped on the cocoa fudge. This is the French silk pie blizzard that I ordered with extra cocoa fudge on top and it's still white. It should be darker than this without me paying extra.

Every time we go to this establishment it’s filled with young adults that don’t care about there job I have been given food without tops and told to put tops on them. I have watched staff sit in the lobby being inappropriate with a costumer then proceeded to go back in the back and prepare food for others.
