I love this place! Friendly and always on time!

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We placed an order with Domino’s, only for them to cancel it without notifying us. When we tried to call and figure out what happened, we were repeatedly hung up on. Not once, not twice — multiple times. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No one took responsibility or offered any help. We were left without dinner and with zero respect as paying customers. We won’t be ordering from you again. The people that work here is for a reason not because they’re brilliant or are going to move up in the world you’re not even good at making dough with marinara sauce for gods sake! This is a reflection of the poor leadership that the managers in this place show as an example of work ethic to their employees on a day to day! This is the worst Dominos 88th and York be better!

Food came late and burnt loaded tots were inedible! Sandwiches totally dry! Also i was told they would replace my order at a later time and they said it was already replaced and said so on computer which was not replaced or ordered by me!

I order two pizzas Both of them light tomato sauce and they came with extra tomato sauce one of them came with alives when I didn't even order with olives I call the store and she said she couldn't do anything she said she was going to call me back to see if the manager could do something and she never returned the call poor customer service people pay for what they want no for what you want to give them

Great temperature when I get it!

Lucky I'm sure but I've not had any issues with this store. Been ordering now for a few years and any problem has been taken care of with no issues. Great drivers, fast service. Thank you for your hard work.

The employees handling the phones here just immediately put you on hold for up to 10 minutes. Clearly the manager has no idea what he is doing.

The guy that was taking the pizzas out of the oven to put in the boxes, cool guy he greeted me and he also gave me my order since I was waiting but….. the rest of the people up front (cashier) yeah not really great. I used to work in the food business and I remember once you heard the bell of the door you greet and hurry to help the customer well not anymore. The pizzas were great and hot when I got home my kids did not complaint so I find it as a win but anyways shout out to the guy that greeted me thank you

Made an order in a snowy night delivery driver deliver our food to wrong location and called him and said “ Go look for it where I left it” worst dominos I have ordered never getting pizza from them

I've usually always had a great experience ordering from Domino's however I need to change my review after receiving these pizzas from this Domino's... Paid 50 dollars by the way.

I have ordered from this Dominos many many times. I preordered my pizzas (6) before the store even opened to be picked up at 12:30. Lunch is less than an hour. For the 3rd or 4th time, the pizzas were not ready and have been typically 20 mins later than the time. I don't understand why this is so hard to get 6 pizzas ready at 12:30. Not sure if I'm going to keep giving them my business because it isn't worth the stress.

PHONE DOES NOT WORK! AND HAS NOT WORKED FOR OVER A MONTH! They've told me twice now that they "put in repair tickets but never get a response". Well then you get on the stinking phone with corporate until someone comes and fixes it! Absolutely ridiculous that I cannot place an order over the phone!!!!!

I made a big order for the school for my students. The total came to $80.00 and some change and was told they don’t take $100 bills. I found that odd, but other than that service was great and the students enjoyed the pizza.
