I'll give credit, it definitely feels like the pizza has improved recently. I used to get it burnt all the time before and it hasn't been like that in a while. The reason I'm here tho is because yo who the hell was the delivery guy that delivered my pizza? That guy had an attitude. He was calling me constantly to come out and when I didn't give him a tip because I'm broke, he sneered at me and said something under his breath. Put the pizza in the box lil bro

Horrible customer service

How can you mess up a premade pizza? Well, apparently you can. Both pizzas were dry and burnt. Maybe it’s time to invest in a timer so they don’t come out overcooked. Save yourself the money and buy a frozen pizza at the supermarket, it’ll taste the same or even better.

Tyanne, one of the managers is the sweetest, most kindhearted humans that works there. I have ordered food multiple times, each and every time I come in she greets me with the brightest smile. She seriously needs to be promoted!! Hands down the best employee that works there!!

It tasted awful they got my order wrong and the manager was rude, I will not recommend this dominos, I see why they have a 2.9 stars on their reviews and I found a hair in my pizza .

I put in an order for two large pizzas and 2 orders of garlic bread bites. The pizza when pulled apart, fell did not hold together at all and the dough felt almost non existent. One garlic bread bites was missing and the second one was just dough and no butter garlic seasoning.
When reporting an issue they offered a coupon or free med sized pizza. All I wanted was a refund for my missing garlic bread bites and maybe a portion sent back for inedible bites / pizza.

Employees are incredibly rude, my mom who doesn’t have a cell phone tried to call in an order and was repeatedly put on hold and then hung up on. The lady snapped at her repeatedly when my mom called back.

They will not deliver to Downey street in Denver

Called to place and order on a Friday night and was disconnected. I called back a handful of times and realized that they were very aggressively hanging up on me deliberately. Terrible service and mediocre food aren't worth the trouble.

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We placed an order with Domino’s, only for them to cancel it without notifying us. When we tried to call and figure out what happened, we were repeatedly hung up on. Not once, not twice — multiple times. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No one took responsibility or offered any help. We were left without dinner and with zero respect as paying customers. We won’t be ordering from you again. The people that work here is for a reason not because they’re brilliant or are going to move up in the world you’re not even good at making dough with marinara sauce for gods sake! This is a reflection of the poor leadership that the managers in this place show as an example of work ethic to their employees on a day to day! This is the worst Dominos 88th and York be better!

Food came late and burnt loaded tots were inedible! Sandwiches totally dry! Also i was told they would replace my order at a later time and they said it was already replaced and said so on computer which was not replaced or ordered by me!
