Lucky I'm sure but I've not had any issues with this store. Been ordering now for a few years and any problem has been taken care of with no issues. Great drivers, fast service. Thank you for your hard work.

The employees handling the phones here just immediately put you on hold for up to 10 minutes. Clearly the manager has no idea what he is doing.

The guy that was taking the pizzas out of the oven to put in the boxes, cool guy he greeted me and he also gave me my order since I was waiting but….. the rest of the people up front (cashier) yeah not really great. I used to work in the food business and I remember once you heard the bell of the door you greet and hurry to help the customer well not anymore. The pizzas were great and hot when I got home my kids did not complaint so I find it as a win but anyways shout out to the guy that greeted me thank you

I have ordered from this Dominos many many times. I preordered my pizzas (6) before the store even opened to be picked up at 12:30. Lunch is less than an hour. For the 3rd or 4th time, the pizzas were not ready and have been typically 20 mins later than the time. I don't understand why this is so hard to get 6 pizzas ready at 12:30. Not sure if I'm going to keep giving them my business because it isn't worth the stress.

PHONE DOES NOT WORK! AND HAS NOT WORKED FOR OVER A MONTH! They've told me twice now that they "put in repair tickets but never get a response". Well then you get on the stinking phone with corporate until someone comes and fixes it! Absolutely ridiculous that I cannot place an order over the phone!!!!!

I made a big order for the school for my students. The total came to $80.00 and some change and was told they don’t take $100 bills. I found that odd, but other than that service was great and the students enjoyed the pizza.

Almost every time I’ve placed and order since the last 2 months they seem to not make it properly. My buffalo Mac and cheese was missing buffalo sauce and when I went back to pick it up after being made properly they were scoffing in the kitchen about me calling asking them to remake it. My pizzas are always dry because they don’t add enough sauce or cover more than half of the pizza. Idk if management has changed or if the whole crew quit who used to work here before but within the last couple months I can tell there has been a decline in quality and customer service. At this point I would much rather drive to the location on 120th and Colorado which is a 15-20 minute drive away than drive right down the street to this location and risk having terrible quality food and terrible customer service.

If you have an allergy to something or are Muslim, do not eat here. I ordered a cheese pizza and it had pieces of bacon on it. When I confronted the manager about it they made it seem as if its no big deal. Young lady in front making gestures with her finger like it was small pieces but it doesn't matter. No respect for other peoples cultures. Never experienced this at dominos and would not reccomend this location. Still haven't received my refund

I waited 17 min on hold just for them to say they didn’t hear their phone ringing! Maybe the employees need to quit listening to music so loud and they’d hear their phone !!! They weren’t busy at all and had many available employees available to answer !!

This dominos is by far the worst I’ve been too. I called them to place an order and was on hold for literally 20 minutes and figured I’d just drive there since I was only 5 min away while I was still on hold, walked in and showed them I was on hold. Mind you, it’s not busy at all and employees are bumping music loud as can be…maybe that’s why they can’t hear the phone! Do better!!! It’s 2024 Make domino’s great again!
