Based on the reviews, Limon & Sal Denver Birriería is a hidden gem with an extremely welcoming service and a lovely atmosphere. The owner is so sweet, attentive, and incredibly hospitable, putting heart and soul into the food and the experience. The breakfast burritos are the best in town. The quesabirria tacos with spicy salsa and consume are incredible, generously loaded with meat, 2 tortillas per taco, and fantastically cheesy. The Birria taco quesadilla is fire, with very crispy and crunchy shells and a great tasting consumè. The flautas are the best in the Denver front range area. Everything has been absolutely fantastic, and the food is some of the best Mexican in the Denver area. Almost all menu items are gluten free, which is great for a gluten allergy. Highly recommend this spot.
