First timer and visiting so I figured I’d give this place a shot. Never have a wasted so much time sitting in line for something as simple as a coffee. Go to Starbucks and save 45 minutes of your life.

When it’s packed they take forever compared to other Dutch bros. And sometimes I ask for a freeze and the texture of it is so light and not thick at all it’s gross like it’s not even a freeze. The drink is light.
The wait at this location is ridiculous there’s nothing but a bunch of children socializing. DO BETTER. There’s no reason getting a coffee should take 30 min.

Horrible experience, the order taker had a bad attitude. I had to repeat my order like 4 times because the employees in the back ground had the music super loud, I could hear them being so unprofessional. Just bad experience over all.

Hands down the Best Dutch Bros we've been to. We came by today for some drinks, and let me tell you this place is on fire. As a business owner, you're always looking at details, as well as customer service. These guys lack none of the above. The atmosphere here is awesome, music is great, everyone is happy with a huge smile. We got to meet 2 guys today, that for sure you know they love what they do. TheFirst guy who was taking our order outside, he understood the menu, he was happy, he read back our order to us, made sure we got what we wanted Thank you Trenton. After we ordered, we drive up to the window and the guy is waiting for us, reads us our order again, had a great attitude, communicating with the staff on the order/s, he was easy ro make conversation with, as well as Trenton.Thank you Ferny. I'll always and forever be and 84th Dutch Bros Customer.

My favorite of the Dutch bros locations. Everyone is so kind and positive, I love the energy at this place! :)Dietary restrictions: Various sugar free options and milks to select from. Perfect for my keto low card dietKid-friendliness: Not so hot temperatures so the kiddos don't get burned
Staff leaves the milk out on the counter admittedly for 29 minutes !Analysis,They are more interested in convenience than serving a qualitydrink as well as the safety of their customers . I think I will stickwith Starbucks they don't have gallon size milk jugs sitting out in their counter
Man oh man. Asked for my drink to be double blended and it looks like it barely GOT blended. Ridiculous place. Dutch Bros is losing its allure, shouldn’t have allowed so many franchises to open up so quick. Now it’s just whatever as far as a brand. Also, whoever is taking orders should go one and one order from each lane. Not just prioritize one lane. It’s sad that chick fil-a has it figured out. 7 dollars for my drink to not even be blended correctly is frustrating.

So, I flew into town, daughter was admitted to the hospital. Stopped here for a quick coffee. I was in the drive-thru lane for OVER a half hour! Don't know if they were understaffed, or if something else was wrong. Ive never waited that long at any Dutch Bros in the 6 states I've visited a Dutch. Did finally get my Large S/F Iced Cocomo, in -1° weather. Depending on how long the daughter is in the hospital, I'll stop by and give them another chance.Dietary restrictions: I try and exclusively go to Dutch Bros because of their HUGE selection of Sugar Free options!

Sunday 1/7 12 pm. Only one person taking orders on a busy Sunday is crazzzy. I waited about 40 minute for one drink. Almost got hit from oncoming traffic from the shopping center.
