This place is great. We've been going for about 2 or 3 years now and each time we are met with incredibly kind, quick and attentive service. The waitstaff are all fabulous, and the food is just as good. We've been to a few hot pot places, and this one stands out by a mile.
The cherry ontop is the Kung Fu Tea right next door. 😉
Thank you HPS for being so great at what you do!!

Absolutely the most disgusting food and rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. This deserves negative stars. So awful

My best friend and I absolutely love this place, we come often on Fridays and the staff are always so welcoming and always on top of it with our order. The atmosphere, the staff, and soup is fabulous. Highly recommended!

Great place to try if you're new to hot pot. I like the variety of their soup bases. More than other hot pot places offers. The veggies and noodle variety was as expected. Plenty to pick from and all self serve. They have good seafood selection as well. Food was always cold and fresh. Lots of options for making your own dipping sauce too.
Service was a little slow at first but the second person was very prompt and courteous. Overall, would recommend! Clean, friendly and price is reasonable.

Th'Spot hits th'spot! I love this place.
The Pork belly, the chicken breast... the ribeye! Love the beef bone broth. Baby bok choy, broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms! House sauce, black/white vinegar, green onions and garlic. Great options for low carb kids.
My nephew loves the tonkatsu broth with noodles, pork belly, ribeye and shrimp.
Hot pot is new to some, make sure you pay attention to the pricing and to the dining policies so there's no confusion. Don't be embarrassed to ask questions.
Staff is friendly and super attentive!

No complaints on the food, it was very good. The smell of the restaurant is very similar to restaurants I have visited in China, suggesting some degree of authenticity. Some of the staff hangs out in the front of the restaurant, this was a turnoff. Very very pricey here, but delicious.

Definitely a spot for Gen 0, on mommy and daddys dollar! Great veggie options and good concept....but wayyyy too pricey! Not enough drink options, weird location and too much work, and I'm not lazy. Like the Mongo Grill concept better.
Needs some healthy drink options bad and a different location, like in a neighborhood strip mall. Would not recommend.

Really good food with plenty of options to choose from! I loved the variety of proteins and 🍜 they let you customize your meal just the way you like it. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to in the winter and recommend to others!
