This restaurant is actually a food truck/caravan, albeit one that never moves, and it consistently serves tasty food. It's reasonably priced, the people are pleasant, and they have a good attitude. When you order, you're given an electronic gadget that vibrates when your food is ready, so you can wait in the comfort of your vehicle. Good luck cousins, these tacos were very delicious! The seasoning would be on point and the meat was of good quality. Hopefully you can come back very early for more!This place knows how to make some tacos, they were delicious! They were seasoned well and the meat was pretty good quality. This place is such a hidden gem! Local food trucked parked next to Applejack’s. The staff is always very friendly and the food is great. Our usual go to is the quesabirrias tacos and breakfast burritos in the morning. The birria and consome is the best we’ve had in CO and for $13 you can’t go wrong. 10/10 recommend.
