This place is such a hidden gem! Local food trucked parked next to Applejack’s. The staff is always very friendly and the food is great. Our usual go to is the quesabirrias tacos and breakfast burritos in the morning. The birria and consome is the best we’ve had in CO and for $13 you can’t go wrong. 10/10 recommend.

This restaurant is actually a food truck/caravan, albeit one that never moves, and it consistently serves tasty food. It's reasonably priced, the people are pleasant, and they have a good attitude. When you order, you're given an electronic gadget that vibrates when your food is ready, so you can wait in the comfort of your vehicle. This also suggests they're cooking the food only when you order it. The food is served in plastic baskets which you return when you're finished. We live in Heritage @ Todd Creek but we often go out of our way to eat at this place. Sometimes the hole in the wall places are the best. This is one such example. BTW, I have an allergy to MSG, which is often used in cheap asian restaurants and street stalls, but it's not an issue here. The dine-in/dine-out bit doesn't really apply because we eat in our car.

We called for a pickup order, 5 el pastor, 5 asada, there was no fat, no gristle. We asked for extra salsa, jalapeño, and onions and they gave us so much extra, very generous. Amazing customer service. The 3 salsa choices were really good! 10 out of 10. 100% recommend for anyone, if you want good street tacos, come here!

One of the favorite places to get tacos! Food is always delicious & staff is always friendly. Always felt welcomed and well taken care of considering there's a handful of workers at this trailer and it's always the same people. Food prices are a bit pricey but considering it's a small local business I say it's worth it. I love that it's right next to the outlets as they have limited food options and In and Out & Canes are sometimes very busy. Will be recommending to friends and family.

The suadero tacos are very delicious and above all they are not tortillas that reek of conservativeness like in other places, the Milanese and ham cakes are very delicious the times we have eaten we have left very satisfied it is worth coming to here too Miss K takes your order very kindly... 100%

Some of my favorite tacos in the Thornton area. Their meat is sooo good and their salsitas are perfect. I love the grilled onions and jalapeño they add to the tacos. So yummy and their prices are great!
