What is the point of an extremely long line when the burgers are cold and buns are as hard as a rock. Burnt, dry, and rubbery patties… What happened to In n Out being “fresh”?!?
My animal fries were so cold you could pick up the whole tray of fries in one bite…
I had the same experience at the Arvada location. Steer clear and go to Freddy’s or anywhere but here even…. Utterly disgusting.

Nasty freaking thousand island drenched under the top bun. I am lactose intolerant. The sauces used on the burgers are not disclosed on the menu. So a first time purchase for $20.00 was horrible. The fries were cold with no salt. Affordable but nasty nutrition. Think before you eat. Thousand island dressing is gross. They offer no substitute cheese like cheddar or Swiss. Bad limit to bad food selections

My burger was pretty much raw and unfortunately ai didn’t know it until I was half way through. Service was great and accurate, son and hubby enjoyed theirs.

We placed our order inside, service at register was great! Then we had to wait 40 minutes o get our order I had to go up & check on it! After receiving order the burger was barely warm! The fries were the worse we have ever had anywhere! For being fresh cut they were extremely dry and a lot of black spots.The edges of the burger were almost burnt!

I love the burgers here but the fries suck!!! Their sauce is incredible though but the line takes like 20 minutes! Get 2 burgers instead of fries! Very affordable!

I don't know what the big hype is over this joint. I definitely don't see any reason why there should be lines of cars wrapped around it three times going out into the street at all times of the day even on Christmas Eve. Its burgers fries in a shake come on people.
