I waited almost 40 minutes for my food and it wasn't coming out. I canceled my order; the employees were just chatting. 40 minutes for some hamburgers is a joke. I'll never come back. I went to Raising Canes instead; I only waited 10 minutes. Total disappointment. In and out. ðŸ˜
The drive thru has gotten really bad. It took about 30 min and it used to only take tops 20 min. Comparing the same amount of cars.

Service is always outstanding here, but this time my burger was cold right out of the bag and my fries were more chips than fries. They were burnt and tasted like refries.
Pretty upsetting as I love going to in n out with my family for a treat. I'm really hoping this was just a bad day and not a routine for this specific location (Thornton)

Food was good but manage expectations if you've heard west coast opinions on it.

The bun was really hard to bite into. Honestly it tasted a bit stale. Maybe they toast them and put them to the side.
