While the food here was great, the attitude I recieved while ordering was not. I dont need snarky comments about how I like my sandwich. I dont think they were meant harmfully but they were still unprofessional.

awesome!! I came in yesterday around 7:30pm and ordered a giant 56, my servers were Chelsea and nalani. chelsea was all smiles! such a sweet girl. believe it or not I reheated my sandwich for lunch today and it was still delicious! I will be coming back! 10/10 customer service.

We ordered through the mobile app and had to wait forever for our food. Asked for no oil and vinegar, but when we saw it being added and spoke up, they just pulled off the lettuce and tomato and kept making the same messed-up sandwich instead of fixing it properly. On top of that, no banana peppers like we requested, and mayo was added even though we didn’t ask for it.
How hard is it to make a sandwich correctly when the order is right there in the app? Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from Jersey Mike’s.
I love the sandwiches here always fresh , delicious but they need to change out their gloves, the man working on Monday was making, cutting sandwiches,and Ringing orders out on the register with the same glove that was ripped on his hand
