The lady who helped me out Ang was super nice and understanding but the food doesn’t taste the same, the sauce(oil and vinegar) is not good ruined the sandwich. Ate in the store and ac is broken or something it was cooler outside and it was 93 degrees.

Awful. They gave me the worst sandwich and it's not like it's cheap. Come on jimmy johns do better. Yiu could of at least made the unwich go all the way around the sandwich. I had to eat this with a fork. This location sucks. Chicken Bacon Ranch unwich for like 15$.

I ordered deliver for one large sandwich and a bag of chips. I was told my total will be $27 and change. I looked at my statement the next day and was charged $37 and change. I'll never order from this store again. I sent the franchise owner a picture of the charge and he didn't fix it. Be careful when ordering from this store.

I usually order here regularly… but I wasn’t feeling well (like driving there). It’s frustrating that there are a lot of options lacking in the DoorDash app. Such as extra of the same meat or extra onions, or oil on the side (so my son and I can share a sandwich without the bread being melted and gross the next day)… anyway. I called to ask if I paid for a DoorDash could I please pay for the other items/customization over the phone it literally would have been super easy. To take my card number over the phone and buy some turkey and onions, as a separate order and just out it in the bag…. But the guy was literally like repeatedly telling me there is no way to do that…. It’s like obviously if you wanted to do it you could. So I’m just eating somewhere else. I bet if it was your order or your mom’s it would have been easy to do. Ridiculous how careless people are- I don’t get it. It’s not like I was asking for something complicated or to go out of their way. I don’t want to pay a bunch of money for a sandwich with one thin strip of meat on it and a pile of bread- I would have happily paid extra to have my order how I would like it. Now if he didn’t know how to manually put a card in he could have asked someone who did. I am disappointed because I liked this location. Vs the other location they won’t even customize your order. At the other location the guy at the counter literally yelled at me because he couldn’t add extra onions to my sandwich. For fuck sake how hard is it to put onions on a sandwich?! Ughhh anyway… I just decided to get spice of India lamb tikka masala instead. It will last a few days anyway. I’m not totally dissing this place because the people are usually nice- this just seemed so lazy and unhelpful. I’m tired of people being like this.
UPDATE: After reading the reviews- I noticed a lot of people are having the same issue as what initially set off the whole thing for me. They are not putting enough meat on the sandwiches- doesn’t it feel like a crime to give people two strips of thing meat on a huge expensive pile of bread? Put more meat on the sandwiches. (And on the DoorDash orders create an option for extra meat, extra onions etc…. Also to put certain ingredients on the side- especially the oil). Corporate should fix this issue.

We just ordered two sandwiches. A beach club that was more mayo and barely a smear of avocado. My roommate ordered a country club and got the Billy club. Filled with all mayo. The bread for which they are famous for, could've been used as a hockey puck, it was so hard. Second time we've had a terrible experience. Will there be a strike three????
