went in and got the jimmy the fries were crispy burnt like tree branches and i got 2 onion rings in the basket smh!! i didnt even go back in, i just dumped em in the lot and left. at least the burger was good but still had onion and tomatoes after requesting them being removed. also my bag sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes before i even got my meal this used to be a great spot, but i will no longer stop in for a bite!

Rude employees They disregard order and allergies they charge you for things you didn't order then claim they will fully refund as everything was left there and 1 week later no refund and they want to play dumb and act like no one helped us??? We will never go back we will gladly take our business somewhere else. They have so much pride in a place that clearly employs people even the owner that truly dont care about there customers. Save your money and time

I didn’t want to cook tonight and originally I wanted to go to Freddy’s but decided to go to the local, 1st mistake. Get to Jim’s and the drive thru is actually reasonable so I jump in, mistake number 2. I sat in the number two position (yep, I was one car back from the window) for 30 MINUTES! Seemed like no one knew how to handle the door dash orders???? Since the drive thru line was so reasonable, I decided to throw in an extra onion ring, my next mistake. When I FINALLY make it up to the window, pay for my order and it’s in my hand, I do a quick item count cuz the poor bastards behind me are in the same predicament I have been in FORVER. Count is good, I head home, is this mistake number 4 or 5? Either way, it is not good. I get home only to find that there are no tenders for the kids and I have to cook anyway AND eat my food cold. I did get the damn extra onion ring and the bbq sauce for the tenders, so I guess I got that going for me. Next time, I’m going to Fredy’s for burgers.

Great atmosphere with the 50's diner style, the service and staff are absolutely terrible though. I order grilled onions on my burger and they have never once done it the first time and then always act like I'm the issue when I have to ask them again EVEN THOUGH IT'S ON THE RECEIPT! The staff are full of negative attitudes and are rude whenever THEY make mistakes on your order. The food is decent but nothing extraordinary. Good price if you are willing to deal with rude staff that never get your order correctly the 1st time.
