Got there right when their busy time should be, about 5 p.m., but no cars in line When I got to the window, they said they were short one thigh in the extra crispy, would an original recipe do. I said yes. Got home. The chicken must have been sitting there all day or possibly was left from yesterday. It was dried up. The biscuits were so hard you couldn't eat them. Usually we love this place. Ever since they got new owners its been great. Good food, very friendly employees, and they keep the dining room clean. But tonight was different. We walked in and the disinfectant was was so strong! Okay that’s understandable and atleast we know it’s clean. But the employee we had tonight was so RUDE! He walk up to the counter, refusing to even look at us. BENNY.

Every time I come to this location it's a 20 minutes process getting my food. That is bad when only one or two people are in front of you. Not sure why this location can't get there sh*t together. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru or walk in. Literally the worst fast food KFC I've ever been too.

The location is amazing and clean, with very nice bathrooms. The staff is dedicated to keeping the experience wonderful. Cheese curds are banging!
