I really do like this restaurant, so normally I'd give it a 4 to 5. However, this trip was disappointing. I ordered 2 of the 5 piece chicken nuggets kids meals for my 2 kids and the regular chicken sandwich combo. They had me pull around to wait, and I'm fine with that because it usually means my food will be fresh. I have loved the papa burger for years. I just wanted one tonight but apparently on Tuesdays they premake the burgers and it was cold and almost no meat. Worst burger and I'm very disappointed. Don't offer a special if the quality is going to be sub standard. Won't go back.

Over all great place just really understaffed. Food is delicious. Staff is mostly friendly. Orders might have some items missing. But they seem to be extremely understaffed and the staff that is there are extremely over worked.
